"It's Happened, It's Finally Happened!"

Sweet Pea stared at the ceiling, deep in thought. He was thinking of a particular person, one who constantly plagued his mind. He wanted to know when she would return. He missed her, her beautiful eyes, her witty sense of humour and he missed the strange, warm feeling he felt while she was around.

A sigh escaped his mouth as he turned so he was on his side, facing his bedside table. A frown appeared on his face as he noticed his phone was continuously vibrating.

Why would someone call him at this time of night?

"Hello?"

"Sweet Pea."

A smile appeared on his face at the sound of the angelic voice. The voice of the girl he was just thinking about. He found it strange how she was on his mind and then she called him, perhaps she was thinking of him too.

"I hope I didn't wake you."

"No, of course not. I couldn't sleep."

He didn't tell her why he couldn't sleep, because she was on his mind. He didn't want to seem like a creep.

"Nor could I. It's been a stressful day."

"What have you been doing today?" He asked, generally interested. He wanted to know why she hadn't called them, not even Leon received a message during her absence. 

"It's been a strange few days. We went to the cremation service, it was short, only a few people from their work showed up. I didn't expect a huge crowd, after all we were just saying farewell" she said.

"What are you doing with the ashes?" Sweet Pea asked.

"We scattered them off a cliff, we let them go on one more adventure together" Rosalie told him.

"It sounds incredible."

'I wish I was there with you' he desperately wanted to say, but despite being a Serpent he couldn't find the courage.

"When are you coming back?" he asked.

"Why? Do you miss me that much?" she teased causing him to chuckle.

"You wish."

"I'll be home soon. Try not to miss me too much" she said.

"I'll see you in a few days."

"In a few days" he repeated before the line went dead.

Sweet Pea stared at the ceiling, a smile on his face. He couldn't wait for Rosalie to return.

Sweet Pea wasn't fond of keeping secrets from his friends. But was something a secret if no one asked about it? He didn't tell anyone Rosalie spoke to him, he wasn't even sure if Leon was aware.

"Your final initiation is coming up, are you ready?" Fangs asked Leon, who shrugged. "I don't see what the big deal is. You're all going to beat the crap out of me, as long as no one hits my jewels I'm fine with it."

"Lion!" Tall Boy's voice rang out through the Whyte Wyrm gaining everyone's attention. "It's time."

Leon turned to Toni, who was behind the bar. He handed the girl his phone, before making his way outside, prepared for the beating that was about to occur. While he found it stupid that the Serpents final initiation was for the current members to hit them, he wanted to join, no matter what.
