Taehyung sat in the waiting room with Jungkook who was sitting in shorts and a plain shirt. Jungkook's leg kept bouncing as he had his focus on the plant that was in the room. "Put this on.." Taehyung put the pants on Jungkook's lap. It took a minute before Jungkook was slipping the joggers on and over his shorts as he sat back down.
"Park Jinhee, where is-" as soon as Jungkook heard Joy's voice, the male got up and hurried out of the room. Taehyung gulped and let the boy be as he sat there. "Jungkook! What happened- I just woke- what?!" he heard the girl freaking out. "M-My mom is on the way." She spoke. Taehyung took a deep breath and closed his eyes.
Within a few minutes, Jungkook came walking in with red eyes. "Hey, come." He motioned for Taehyung and Taehyung nodded as he walked over to Jungkook. The boy followed Jungkook until they reached a room. Once Taehyung saw that Jinhee was talking to Joy, he sighed in relief as he put his hand over his mouth and closed his eyes out of relief.
Jungkook brought the boy into a hug. "She's okay. Everything is okay." He kissed the top of Taehyung's head while Taehyung sniffled. "I-I was so scared.. I thought-" before he could finish, Jungkook shushed him. "Shh, baby its okay, she's okay." He rubbed Taehyung's arm. Joy then walked out. "She's requesting for you both. I have to go update my mom. The cell service is horrible." Joy sniffled and grabbed out her phone.
Jungkook nodded and patted Joy's head. "Good dog." He managed to joke. Joy nudged Jungkook. "Shut up." She managed to chuckle. Taehyung smiled at the girl and Joy did the same before walking off. Jungkook walked into the room with Taehyung and Jinhee smiled weakly.
Jungkook sat down near Jinhee and grabbed her hand. "Don't scare me like that okay? I need you here." He spoke and Jinhee opened her mouth to speak. "No, no don't say its your time because I don't want it to be your time. You're the only parent like person I have. Jinhee, I need you here, okay? Right here, in this world not in heaven or wherever you plan to go."
Jinhee smiled at the boy and caressed his face. "Okay Jungkook." She spoke out and Jungkook let the tears fall. Jinhee frowned and wiped away the tears. "Hey now, don't cry. I'm right here, i'm right here Jungkook. I'm not going anywhere." She spoke and Jungkook sniffled before nodding, wiping his tears as he held onto Jinhee's hand.
As for Taehyung, he stood by the door, his face in his hands as he tried to keep his cries silent. That morning scared him because he was not ready to go through another loss. The loss of Jimin had him wanting to actually kill himself and if Jinhee went? He hasn't known her long but she was a very big part of his life. Jinhee helped him with so many things and even got Taehyung to ruin Jungkook's wedding. Literally- and he was pretty thankful for that.
"Oh dear." Jinhee patted Jungkook's cheek as she then motioned him to Taehyung. Taehyung tried to stop but he simply couldn't. The whole thing reminded him of when he was in an accident. He hadn't been in the hospital since he left. Jungkook got up and walked over to Taehyung who wrapped his arms around Jungkook.
"Bring him here." Jinhee patted the bed. Jungkook guided Taehyung who wiped his tears and groaned at his sudden hiccup, sitting on the bed while Jungkook held one of his hands. "Don't cry Taehyung, everything is okay. I'm going to be just fine." She patted Taehyung's thigh. Taehyung nodded and breathed in shakily as he held onto Jinhee's hand.
"Why would I want to leave this world just yet? I need to see you two get married. Also Joy.. so you need to find her a husband.. or wife, wife sounds great." Jinhee smiled at Jungkook who chuckled and nodded. "Of course." He kissed Taehyung's hand, the boy chuckling. "We're not getting married until.. probably a long long time." He looked at Jinhee.
Jinhee nodded. "Then you better get cracking, i'm not going to be here that long." She chuckled dryly, her breathing was uneven. Jungkook grabbed a cup of water and Taehyung smiled. "You're strong, you'll be here long." He ran his thumb over Jinhee's skin. Just then, her daughter and joy came in, her daughter in tears. Jungkook and Taehyung left the room and waited near the door. Wedding.. and marrying Jungkook.. sounded perfect maybe not now though.
Jungkook opened the door to the house and rolled his shoulders back. "I'll get the fire going." He spoke and Taehyung nodded. "Why doesn't she have propane?" He asked and Jungkook shrugged. "I honestly have no clue. She said she prefers her fire place and the dozen heaters she has." He started up the fire in just a couple minutes.
"I'll start cooking.. Jinhee taught me a lot!" Taehyung said with a smile as he hurried off to the kitchen. Jungkook smiled at the male and got up, following him. "So, there is a chance of us getting married?" He asked. Taehyung gulped as he took out the eggs. "I mean.. yeah.. when I date someone I always hope I end up marrying them. Isn't that the point of dating? To date and gradually build up to marriage?" He asked.
Jungkook smiled lovingly and nodded. "You're right. So completely right my love." He looked at Taehyung who started to grab out the pans. "Need help?" He asked as he started to go over to the counter. "Nope, no, i'm good, i'm going to cook for you, go sit!" Taehyung pointed for Jungkook to go away and which Jungkook chuckled and nodded. "I love you so much." He spoke as he gave Taehyung a kiss.
"And I love you." Taehyung mumbled within the kiss before pushing Jungkook away slightly. "Okay, go on." He hummed and put the pan on the stove, pursing his lips as he got everything ready.
