Forever, Never Lasts

Chapter 15

        Brightness blurred my vision as I woke up on the couch in a familiar living room. It felt like a dream I always wanted Riley as my sister, now I'm wandering how long my mothers' known about it. "Sweetie are you ok?" the voice belonged to my mother as she crouched down towards my face. "Yea, I'm great" I mumbled sitting up taking in everyone that was here with us. Riley was looking at me with what seemed to be a sad smile, did she not want to be my blood sister? I had so many questions at this point. "How long have you known?" I asked towards my mother, when she didn't reply I looked questioningly towards Riley. "We've both new since yesterday" she said with a sigh "Is this why you havn't replied to my messages? I needed you" I said with tear filled eye's everyone knew something that I didn't I alway's hated being out of the loop. I just shook my head, I just met the man I always needed in my life but wasn't there for me, and come to find out my long lost sister was my bestfriend. As much as I wanted to leave and just have Jason pick me up I knew that I needed o stay something was holding me back. "Ray we're sorry all this is happening but we all thought it was best to find out now" stated my mom warmly I couldn't imagine how she was feeling, being in the same room with the girl she pratically raised and with the man she still cared about.  "I'm glad that I found out now, I just wish you would've prepared me that my sister was Riley!" I smiled as I finally said she was my sister outloud. Everyone looked suprised at my reaction which I don't understand I've always looked at Riley as my sister.  I went over to a crying Riley and hugged her letting the tears run down my cheeks as well. "I thought you would be mad at me for not telling you" she said through tears "I could never be mad and to be honest I would have most likely did the same if I were in your shoes" I replied pulling away from her. 

        After our little sob fest mom thought it was best for Riley to stay the night since after all she was my sister. Plus, it'd give us time to talk about what we were feeling about everything with our Dad. Needless to say we stayed up till the sun shined through my windows, we talked about anything and everything. It turns out that since our dad is sick, we wanted to be in his life for ever how long he lived. It still hurt to think that he left us both all because he didn't want to give up his alcohol, it's selfish really. Riley stayed with me for the rest of the day we mostly just slept the day away, she left shortly after dinner. 

     Since Riley left I went to my room to get a shower and brush my teeth, I heard a tap on my window. I immediatly started to freak out who would be knocking on my window this late? I got dressed thinking it might just be the wind making the tree branch hit my window. I was still a little uptight, my phone started to light up signalling I had a message Jason: Baby I miss you I smiled at the txt before replying Me: I miss you to baby I wish u were here I did to really bad I had a draining day/night I couldn't wait to spend time with him again. Jason: Well maybe that wish would come true if ud open you window I was skeptical at first but I slowly neared my window lifting the curtins up to see that it wasn't a branch knocking on my window it was just my monkey of a boyfriend. I lifted the window so that he could come in my room giving him a shh face before locking my door. Mom was most likely already asleep but I still wanted to play it safe. I went to hug him only for him to grab my face and smashing his sweet lips to mine. The butterflies were back I missed him so much I just wanted more of him, all of him. I lifted his shirt up over his head letting my fingers travel over his torso, feeling his soft skin under my fingers. He picked me up laying me on my bed while his hands brought my legs around his waist pressing his body hard on top of mine. I could tell he wanted me just as much as I wanted him.
