"Pansy, Hermione, there you are!"
The blond didn't notice the girls' blushing.
"Have either of you seen Harry or Tomm- I mean He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named?"
"Not me"
"Not since yesterday" said Hermione.
"Why are you asking? Are they missing?"
"Well, I don't want to worry you two, but yes they are missing" confessed Draco.
"Well, what are we doing standing around here? Come on, get looking!"
Draco swallowed his fear of his childhood friend and did exactly as told. He hurriedly turned around and started to search frantically for any sign of the two, desperate for his friend and sorta-like-a-part-of-his-family-member.
Hermione and Pansy were just as eager to find them, but they shared a lot with a mere glance and a firm grip on the other's arm for reassurance of both matters at hand.
"Harry? Harry, can you hear me? Y-You-Know-Who? V-Voldemort" —his voice trembled—"can either of you hear me?"
There was no sign of of a single one of the two. Nonetheless, Draco still yelled out for them.
"Harry James Potter, please, you've got me worried sick. V-Vol... Tommy? Please, if you can hear me, please come over here. I'm getting very scared not knowing where you are"
"Harry? Harry, please stop making us search around the castle for you" begged Pansy into the eery silence.
"Tommy, if you hear me, please stop hiding. No one wants to hurt you, no one will hurt you, please" Hermione seemed to whisper.
There was a rustling farther up ahead of them, a bit to the right, but they heard it.
"Harry? Tommy?"
"AHHHHHHH!"
"We're coming!"
The three teens ran as fast as a human-snitch to the source of screams, and they arrived to quite the sight.
There was a cowering, de-aged Harry, a petrified Tommy of the same age, and an unfamiliar boy older than the other two with the aura of displacement and a smirk from the depths of Malfoy Manor.
Tommy found himself in Draco's arms and Harry in Pansy's, Hermione stuck looking at the strange boy before he dispersed and his presence was replaced with that of her step-father's.
With shortness of breath, rapid heartbeat, and dry throat, Hermione froze at the figure of her stepfather there in front of her.
It was only a few seconds, but you could manage to see her skin pale more than it already was, before she practically fell back on the cold, hard floor of the castle, very much unconscious.
Unfortunately, the boggart still remained in the same form and only taunted her even as she was now unaware of her surroundings.
"Stupid little b*tch, you can't hide in a little magic boarding school forever. I'm going to kill your sorry a*se next time I see you, I can promise you that"
Her limp frame didn't need to be aware of the vulgarity to feel intimidated like she usually is.
"Ri-" Pansy's voice got stuck in her throat for a second as she tried not to lose grip on her wand. It changed from a middle aged muggle to a younger, dead replica of the muggleborn on the ground.
"Ridikulus!"
Pansy's breath was rigid but she got rid of the boggart nonetheless, and left Harry to Draco's care as she hurried to her best friend's side.
