Iruka X Reader

Chapter Two

You become closer with Iruka over time talking to him. Every time you dropped off Naruto and picked him up you always had the chance to talk with Iruka. You guys became good friends.
——TIME SKIP——
The day of graduation came for Naruto and you where nervous for him because you knew struggled all through out the year at the academy. You drop off Naruto at the academy before you leave you give him a tight hug and tell him "Good luck Naruto, I know you can do it after all you want to become the Hokage so I believe in you ok!" "Don't worry big sis I got this, believe it!" He states with a toothy grin.
——Later that day——-
As your making your to the academy you see all the kids with there parents all standing there congratulating their kids. You looking at the crowd of kids and can't find Naruto. You look over to the tree with the swing and notice Naruto sitting on the swing with a sad look on his face. "What's up kid. How come you look so sad?" "I didn't pass the exam" he says with a sad smile on his face. "I'll be right back" you state with a little anger in your voice. You walk away form Naruto and you start to look for Iruka. You spot Iruka and pull him to the side and start to ask him "What happened with Naruto? How come he's the only one who didn't pass" " He didn't pass because he couldn't perform the shadow clone jutsu" He crosses his arm in front of his chest. He looks over to where Naruto was and notices he's not there anymore. "Did you tell Naruto to go home and meet you there?" "No he was still there when I left. Oh god where did he go?" You begin to panic a little bit not knowing where Naruto had ran off to. Iruka noticing how worried you looked he states "I will find him I promise you (Y/N)!" After that he left your side.
