After that guy murdered my donut I headed home angrily with Rory in tow while I ranted about that guy who had no right to he so rude "Lena he's an ass don't worry about him" Rory assures me as we walked into my house I left Camilles donut on the table and went into my room Rory sat on my bed as I began to change All American rejects "Gives you hell" blasted by Rory was reading like it was another day in the library

When I came back to stars hallow the town was quiet and as I walked through the streets I noticed Jess and went to turn the other way before "hey Lena" I turned to him as he walked over to me "what's up" I ask he shrugs "you seem like your avoid me" he points out I shake my head crossings my arms "Nah just busy" I state taking in the fact that the streets were very empty at this time "mind returning this for me" he hands me a book I recognize from Rory's room
I scoff "so you're a donut murder and a thief" I joke he laughs at this his smile was cute "so that's my name now" he asks I nod taking the book and throwing it into my bag "DM for short if you'd like" I smirk at this as I shifted my weight to my other side "I guess its an improvement it'll be our little secret" he teased and I hoped that it was dark enough for him to not see me blushing "by the way Rory has a boyfriend," I say as I pass by him
deciding that it was time for me to get out of here before I did something regretted "what about you" he calls out after me and I smirk at this "figure it out" I yell back as I turned the street corner
