I have to say that it would have been a pretty weird sight that we walked into in the living room if I was anyone else, but being myself it seemed normal. Siva was laying sprawled out on the sofa on his stomach with Max's legs over his back while the rest of Max was upside down hanging over the edge of the sofa. Jay was sat sideways over a chair with his legs dangling over the arm while watching Avatar on the large flat screen that was strategically positioned on the wall in the corner.
The opening credits started playing while Nathan was still standing next to me in the archway, only now with his hand covering half of his face.
"UGH... not Avatar again Jay!" Max groaned as he half rolled over to direct his comment to Jay. "I'm gonna put in a different movie." he said and after no reaction from Jay, who I suspected was just ignoring him, moved about an inch closer to the television than gave up and just went back to sleep. I looked at Nathan who just gave me an apologetic look as I just smiled.
Finally Siva unburied his face from the pillow, still looking as sleepy as ever, and realised that the two of us were just standing there watching the whole scenario.
"Oh!" he exclaimed as he jumped up, throwing Max off of him and causing him to roll over on the floor. Max just grunted as he now looked up and he too noticed that we were standing there.
"Hi, I'm Max." he said, still not moving from his position on the floor.
"Hi there, I'm Siva" he said while pulling me into a hug, which surprised me at first but not that much as I did come from an Italian family who immediately hugged anyone they met.
"Hi, I'm Sophia!" I said cheerily which finally got a long 'shhhhhh!' out of Jay, who was intently watching the movie.
Max eventually got up and the four of us went into the kitchen. Once we got in there I decided to see where Tori went because 1) I didn't see what she was wearing and 2) she hasn't said anything about the girls or asked me anything about Nathan. I pulled my phone out as I excused myself out on to the balcony. That was the first time that I had actually looked outside and I realised that the back of their building was looking out over a gorgeous lake. I looked down to see a jet ski dock that was empty and it came to me that they had gone out on the jet ski. I no longer needed to text her seeing as I wouldn't get a reply because her phone was on the table below on the patio along with their towels and clothes.
I walked back inside and sat down at the table that the rest of the guys were sitting at. I tried my hardest to keep myself shut up but I finally had to spill. I had come up with an ingenious plan to get revenge on at least one of my friends who had a role in spiking my drink last night. When I finished telling them the plan, I could tell that I was starting to rub off on them, seeing as we all had the same evil smirk on our faces. Just at that moment I saw Jay standing in the doorway looking at us as though we were about to do something horrendous to him.
"Come, join the dark side Jay..." I said in the most evil voice I could do at the moment while standing up and making my way towards him. He started to back up and I heard the squeak of the other chairs on the tile behind me and I knew that they would help me catch Jay if necessary. After about ten seconds of a wicked stare down, he spun around on his heels and took off up the stairs. I just gave a small nod to the Nathan, Siva, and Max as they went off after him. I placed myself on the large armchair in the living room waiting for them to bring back the prisoner. I laughed when I heard Jay yelling for the others to put him down and then heard a couple of thumps on the steps. I soon had Jay in front of me and I stood up to look at him in his eyes the best I could. I soon explained the plan to him.
"OH! Well why didn't you just say that first instead of creeping me out!" he exclaimed with a loud sigh.
I went upstairs to Tori and Tom's room with Nathan and completed the first part of the plan as Max, Siva, and Jay went to the back patio and cleared it off for a barbecue in about an hour or so because it was already six in the evening. Once we finished our part of the scheme, we went back out to the patio and grabbed all of Tom and Tori's stuff that was sitting back there and took it inside, hiding it behind many other things that were in the closet under the stairs.
As I was coming back out I felt a finger run up my spine again and I jumped around knowing exactly who it was, but this time instead of grabbing me, Nathan shut the door so that we were all alone in the small storage room. I looked at him like he was crazy but couldn't quite focus seeing as I was right up against him and his perfect face was just inches away from mine. I could see his eyes flickering between my eyes and my lips that were now all of half an inch away from his.
"This isn't part of the plan" I whispered.
"I'm well aware of that."
"Well I'm gonna say not right now... but maybe later." I said quickly before pushing the door open with my hand and crawling out. "I'm going to take a shower, where should I go?" I enquired soon after standing up.
"You can use mine. There should be some towels in the closet in the bedroom."
"Okay, thanks." I said quickly before skipping steps up the stairs and going in to take a shower.
