The sound of Chris' motorcycle rumbling slowed to a stop as he pulled into the driveway of his mother's home. Once he turned the bike off and set it on its kickstand, Allie removed her arms from around Chris' waist and climbed off. Chris got off and hung his helmet on the handlebars before helping Allie off with her helmet.

She ran a hand through her curls while Chris retucked in his button up shirt and said, "Thanks for being willing to come have dinner with my family, Allie."

"Are you kidding? I'm honored they want to meet me," Allie smiled at him. "And I'm really excited to meet them."

Chris couldn't help but chuckle at the difference in their personalities. Meeting new people energized Allie and made her excited, while for Chris, it stressed him out. He felt like they were so completely opposite in so many ways and complemented each other perfectly.

He started walking toward the front door with Allie beside him but as they were walking, Allie couldn't help but just wrap her arms around his firm middle and squeeze him tightly. She looked up at him with a big smile and a twinkle in her eye and Chris felt like his knees turned to jello.

Chris was so head over heels for her sometimes he felt like his heart would burst. They had walked to the door but as Allie reached for the doorknob, Chris put a hand on her arm to stop her. He took a deep breath and nervously scratched at the back of his neck as he mustered his courage.

"Allie..." His eyebrows arched before he nervously rubbed his hands together. "I um... I know this probably isn't the best time, and uh, I know it's really soon... but um...well..."

She gently reached out and rested her hand on his thick arm, encouraging him to go on. Her soft smile made him feel at ease and he looked into her eyes before telling her, "Allie, I love you."

Allie moved her hand to the back of his neck and pulled him down so she could press her lips against his. Chris' strong arms wrapped around her small frame and held her tightly while he kissed her deeper. Allie practically felt dizzy from being engulfed in his toned arms and breathing in his musky cologne. Her entire body felt hot and she felt like her heart swelled from his words.

When they finally had to part for air, Chris rested his forehead against hers and Allie pecked at his lips a few times before she whispered, "I love you too Chris. I love you so much."

Chris didn't even know what to say in response. He just nuzzled his face in the crook of her neck, feeling her curls tickle his skin. He could have just stayed there all day with Allie in his arms but eventually pulled away and smiled at her, "C'mon, let's go inside."

He slipped his hand into hers and held it securely before opening the door and stepping inside. Instantly they could hear chatter that they followed into the kitchen. It was there that he found his mother standing at the stove cooking while his sisters were setting the table. The first person to spot him though was the little girl with bright blue eyes.

"UNCLE CHRIS!" Emmy squealed, running over to get scooped up in his arms and her face covered in kisses.

"Hi sweet girl," He grinned.

The little girl had her small arms hooked around his neck as she looked at Allie and asked in a loud whisper, "Is she your girlfriend?"

"Mhmm," Chris smiled. "This is Allie, and Allie, this is Emmy."

"Hi," His niece giggled while telling her, "Your hair looks like curly fries!"

"I don't think it tastes as good though," Allie joked with her, instantly winning her over.

Emmy put her arms out for her so Allie held her while Emmy played with her hair. Chris smiled as he watched the two for a long moment before he introduced Allie to his mother Lisa and his sisters Carly and Claire.

They all received an enthusiastic hug and greeting from Allie, making them understand how Chris was so crazy about her. They put all the food on the table, while Carly took Emmy up to bed since she had already eaten, before they all sat down for their meal.

"Well Allie I am just so happy we finally get to spend time together. I feel like I already know you with how much Chris talks about you," Chris' oldest sister Carly told her.

"Yeah, I've never seen him as crazy about a girl as he is about you," Lisa smiled.

"Maaaaa," Chris was blushing deep red while Allie giggled and leaned over to peck his cheek.

His family all laughed at Chris' blushing face while his mother reminded him, "C'mon Chris, you had to know that meeting us for the first time, we'd have to embarrass you a little bit."

"Oooh yeah tell me embarrassing stories," Allie playfully rubbed her hands together.

"Honestly we don't have a ton. Chris has always been shy and so sweet to everyone ever since he was a kid," Claire explained.

"Well," The curly headed blonde began to reply, "It seems like not much has changed then."

Chris' mother and sisters couldn't help but smile as they watched the way that Chris and Allie looked at one another. He looked at her with stars in his eyes and his cheeks blushing while Allie gazed at him with nothing but pure adoration. They had never seen Chris so in love before and it warmed all of their hearts that Allie loved him back just as dearly. It made Lisa happy that Allie so obviously treasured her sweet boy and appreciated all of his tenderness and steady personality.

The family sat at the table laughing and chatting for hours. All of them had such a good time and enjoyed getting to know Allie and vice versa that they didn't even realize how much time had passed. When they realized how late it was, the couple realized they should head out but helped clean up first.

"We had so much fun meeting you Allie," Claire hugged the woman tightly.

"I did too," She beamed while looking between the sister, "And remember, on Sunday we're going to meet for brunch!"

"Yes! And we have to all go to Disneyland one day," Lisa added while getting her hug from Allie.

"I'll start a group text and we can plan a day!" Allie practically was beaming.

The two sisters walked Allie out toward the front door while Chris lagged behind so he could give his mother a big goodbye hug. She kissed his cheek and quietly told him, "Chris... She's wonderful. I feel like I want to cry because I just see how perfect you two are for one another and how happy you are. I just love Allie already."

"I'm glad Ma," Chris smiled down at his mother whom he adored.

His eyes then trailed over to where he saw Allie standing next to his sisters. Her head was tilted back and her curls bounced as Allie let out her adorable rapid laughter. Chris felt his heart warm and he kept his blue eyes on her while he quietly told his mother, "Because I already know that I want to marry her."
