Cornelius stared at the angel..The angel said, "..Send some men now to Joppa to bring back a man named Simon who is also called Peter.. When the angel who spoke to Cornelius left, Cornelius called two of his servants and a soldier, a religious man who worked for him. (Acts 10:4, 5, 7 NCV)

Here's a man who God admire so much because of his love towards charity. Now, God needed this man to be saved by sending an Angel to help him out.

Here's the point, instead of the Angel to preach salvation to this man, the Angel directed the man to sent for another man to do the job.

Does that mean Angels don't preach?

They do dear! It was Angel that first preach the birth of Jesus. If you read in Luke 2:10,11 >>>> "The angel said to them (Shepard), "Do not be afraid. I am bringing you good news that will be a great joy to all the people. Today your Savior was born in the town of David. He is Christ, the Lord."

So why couldn't the Angel just preach to that man and got him save ??

Because Angels are not worthy enough to use the Name of Jesus! I mean they are not Authorize to call on that Name. Salvation is about Jesus. You can't preach salvation without using the Name of Jesus.

Till now, the Jews cannot say or spell "GOD" instead they write "G*D" they miss "O". Instead of saying or writing "JEHOVAH" they write "JHVH" [Jod Hey Vah Hey]. The Name is Powerful!

We are meant to use the Name of Jesus while Angels and Spirit beings are meant to Obey anything in that Name.

"Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. (Philippians 2:9-11 KJV)

The Name of Jesus is a Privilege to us. And today, I bring you a Good News.. Jesus Christ is Lord over the Whole Universe. Call on that Name today.
