A/N - I came up with this idea before the new episode and I thought it would be funny to finish it now and get it out.

Levi heard the sound of crushing metal and breaking glass as an agonising pain coursed through his leg. He couldn't move it, it was trapped by something and he couldn't see it. He heard voices and muffled moving of others nearby but it felt like his ears were full of liquid. For a second, or what felt like minutes, Levi couldn't remember what happened and then he saw Nico.

~~~ (A few minutes previously)
Levi watched out the window, eyes focusing on cars going to opposite way. He was sat in the back seat of Nico's car, though he totally wished he was in the front next to his boyfriend, yet he gave it up for Taryn as she insisted she gets travel sick. Dehlia sat next to him, quietly scrolling through her phone as they made their way to the hospital. It had become a regular part of Nico's and Levi's morning routine of dropping the two girls to work when they went.
It was fairly quiet in the car as it was still early in the morning, Levi aware that it was sometime around 7 am but was too tired to really care. The car was quiet other than the radio playing in the background and outside noise of car horns and engines coming through the windows.
Traffic frustrated all of them as they waited for cars to move through green traffic lights but not getting very far. Eventually, enough cars moved so they could drive through the intersection, but barely even at 10mph.
Levi watched out his window, mind focusing on nothing in particular, just watching over people and cars. He saw it coming and he tried to warn Nico but the SUV just came at them so quickly and Levi's voice didn't warn Nico fast enough. His body tensed up and his arms came up to his head as a reflex. Levi felt the moment that his side door was crushed into his leg, as the window shattered and the glass spread over the seat. He heard the defending scrape of Nico's car being pushed forcefully across the concrete, the engine of the SUV felt like it was in his head as the car came to a sudden and crushing stop.
Levi may have blacked out for a second, he wasn't sure but all the noise around him became too loud for his pounding head and suddenly his brain was trying to process everything that had happened. He felt a hand on his arm, tugging at it slightly and he heard a voice too but couldn't take anything in.
"Levi!" It was Dehlia, it was her hand on his arm. Levi looked to her, focusing on her to control his panicked mind. "Levi, are you okay?" Her voice wasn't shouting this time as she realised that Levi was now more focused. The male thought for a second, he could feel the pain in his leg and it was killing him but the adrenaline was keeping it from sending him mad and he hadn't even looked at it yet.
"My leg," He spoke without looking at it and he saw Dehlia's eyes move to where his leg was. "Is it bad?" Levi asked, his mind completely focused on her so he didn't go into a spiral. She shook her head and was about to speak when another voice took away Levi's attention.
"Guys," Taryn's slightly panicked voice made Levi's head turn to her, "he won't wake up," she spoke as calmly as possible. He? Suddenly, Levi's eyes darted to Nico who was slumped slightly against his cracked window and his heart sunk to his stomach.
"Nico!" Levi tried to lunge forward but Dahlia's arm shot in front of his chest, stopping him from reaching his unconscious boyfriend. Pain shot through his leg from the sudden movement and he let out an involuntary groan. Levi's eyes never left Nico, tears blurring his bison slightly. "I need to help him!" He cried, grabbing a Dahlia's arm, trying to push it away but it was surprising how strong she was.
"If you move, you are only going to hurt yourself more," Dahlia stated, getting Levi to look at her and not at Nico. "We need to assess the situation and figure out what we can do." Levi took a deep breath, it was shakey and hurt his chest but that wasn't his main priority right now. He needed to know if Nico was okay, he needed him to wake up.
