Josh and Tyler entered the apartment and Josh could see Tyler was very nervous as he closed the door behind them. Josh put the letter of Tyler down on the counter.

"So uh, make yourself at home? I'm not entirely sure how this place works myself but... uh, can I get you something to drink?" Josh asked.

"Uhm, no I can get it myself", Tyler said as he took off his coat and hung it on the coat rack. "Can you just... can you just read the uh, the letter, bunny? Please?" Tyler softly asked.

Josh stopped in his tracks. "...bunny?" He asked. Tyler frowned. "Uh, sorry", he apologized. "Josh", he corrected himself. "...I didn't mean to say that, sorry", he muttered.

"...is it because of the bunnies? That I like?" Josh asked.

Tyler didn't reply immediately. "I should've just gone home, I should go", he muttered, more to himself than Josh, but Josh heard it clearly.

"No! No, Tyler, please don't, don't leave, I'm sorry I'll go read it now I'm sorry", Josh apologized.

Tyler sighed softly. "...It's okay", he said. "You don't have to apologize. You have no idea what's going on, you just want some security, a bit of a sense of normality", he sighed softly.

"...how d'you know that?" Josh softly asked. Tyler looked up, smiling crookedly but just lightly, and just for a second, before his smile fell. "It's in the letter, you'll get it after you've read it", he said. He turned around, his back toward Josh as he looked at the time on the clock and checked Josh's calendar.

"How- I don't know you but why does it feel so normal or natural or comfortable or... uh... safe to... to be around you?" Josh asked.

"Your mind forgets but your heart does not", Tyler softly replied.

Josh perked up. "Was that you? Is that yours? Were- did you say that to me the first time? When did you tell me that the first time? It's in my letters I-", Josh rambled.

Tyler turned around, looking at Josh again. "Josh? Joshua, I promise to tell you everything you want, I'll answer every question you have and you want me to answer but first you have to read the letter 'cause I can't do it without the letter Joshua", Tyler spoke.

Josh bit his lip, and he nodded. "Yeah, yeah okay. Sorry, I just... I'm looking for answers here while they're probably in here, right?" Josh asked softly as he ran his fingertips over the envelope that held Tyler's letter.

Tyler nodded. "Yeah, they are", he softly spoke, his voice cracking a bit.

Josh nodded. "Uhm... can I..." He trailed as he pointed at the fridge. Tyler nodded. "Yeah, of course", he replied. Josh went to the fridge and grabbed a smoothie in a bottle out of it, before walking back to the counter were he sat down on one of the bar stools. He bit his lip as he looked at the envelope, before he opened it.

Tyler walked away, taking a key off the shelf. Josh frowned a little, but then saw Tyler unlock the door to the balcony and he got on it. He closed the door and Tyler sat down outside.

Josh looked back at the envelope, then Tyler, and back at the envelope again. He got the letter out and unfolded it.
