Interests - one (front)

You should remember most of your interests. It's weird to write about the interests that you forgot, 'cause you don't realize you're interested in them until you read this letter. Which is weird, but I guess that's how things work from now on.

As you already know, you were always passionate about music. The drums fascinated you the most. You had a few drum classes when you were younger but never pursued drumming because of the instrument being so big, not being able to afford your own drum kit, and you were never interested in doing anything with it except as a hobby. So as you know, you never pursued it, but you did pursue piano. Not that that instrument is very small, but you have a keyboard, which isn't too big. A whole piano would be tougher to carry around.

You never really got further than playing and coming up with own melodies on the piano, though. But a thing that you don't know, is that someone in your life changed your mind about that. You actually like writing songs now. You know the basics of guitar and you write lyrics. You know who it is once you've laid your eyes on the person I'm talking about. Ask him to tell you more about it, 'cause he will.

Next to that, you know you enjoy reading. You fell in love with reading poetry, though, and your sister started writing poetry a few years back. You can't remember her poetry, but two of her published books, called Smoke Signals and A Lens To See Behind The Sky are on the bookshelf in the living room. Grab them whenever you want to read Ashley's poetry.

You like writing poetry, but you prefer writing songs. You love music too much to not write music that belongs to those words.

You love smoothies. You didn't do that before, at least not as much, but you're kinda hooked on them now. Your favorite flavors are usually in the fridge. Try one, you'll see how tasty they are. You'll drink the whole bottle right away.

You also started to love baking. Cooking is nice, but baking is great. Brownies, cupcakes, cakes, pies, cookies, scones, your own bread, and more. You love sweets a lot as you always have, but now you love making sweet baking goods a lot.

Next, you LOVE bunnies. You always thought bunnies were not that special until you fell in love with a lop bunny, the ones with the hanging ears.

You really enjoy drawing. Landscapes and sceneries are your favorite, like mountain ranges or forests, or a cabin in the woods, or a deer between the trees. You also really like using watercolor paint to paint some of your drawings and creations.

There's lots of creative stuff on the list. You never really got into much creative stuff until you met that one very important person in your life that encouraged you to try it out and do what you want, even though pursuing a career in a creative field never seemed realistic to you.

You always thought summer was your favorite season. Well, not anymore. Autumn and winter are your favorites now. Again, because of one very special person in your life.
