Julia POV
The day passed a lot quicker now that we decided to be Saturday friends. We decided that we wouldn't share this with anyone. I don't want everyone to know that I'm friends with him.
"Hey," Grayson asks, and I look up from my essay.
"You want to grab something to eat after this?"
I look at him, surprised by his question.
"Just because we decided to be friends on Saturdays doesn't mean I want to date you, Dolan," I joke.
"It's not a date," he says confused. "And we've never said that the Saturday lasts until 5."
I chuckle at him.
"Sure, my parents are gone for the night so you can come with me," I offer. "If they come home and found out I'm not there I'm fucked."
His face lights up for some reason and he nods.
"Can I ride with you?" He asks. "I'm on my bike."
"Sure," I say.
An hour passed and Mr Green came in.
"It's time guys, pack your stuff and go," he says looking relieved. "I'll see you on Monday."
We exchange our goodbyes and walk to the exit.
"Let me call my mom," I say and I press on her name to call her.
"Hi sweety," I hear. Ugh.
"Hi mom, is there any food at home?" I ask.
"Yeah I've left some leftovers from yesterday and there's money for pizza or something," she answers. I hear a lot of people on the background.
"Ok, thanks," I say. "Have fun."
I hang up before she could say something. I look at Grayson and he holds the door for me again. I walk past him and thank him this time.

Grayson POV
"Thank you," she says as I hold the door for her.
"Wow, this time you actually saw it, huh," I say.
"Don't be a bitch," she simply says and I follow her to her car.
I get into the passenger seat and she hands me her phone. I look at her confused.
"Pick a song, idiot," she says as she turns on the engine.
"Oh," I say softly. I scroll through her playlist.
"I'm not driving before you pick one so please," she begs.
"Fine," I say and press on best friend by orange rex county
She chuckles.
"You're gonna wanna be my best friend, baby," I say as she drives away.
"Only on Saturdays maybe," she chuckles.
