~ Y/N ~
Once I got back inside my apartment, I couldn't believe what had just happened.
Taehyung kissed me?
It sort of felt like a dream, like I couldn't get a grip on whether it was truly real or not. Plus, usually the first kiss on the first date means something, right?
As I was thinking to myself, I walk slowly to my room and lay down on my bed. It was like I was a slow moving river, still unable to make out any of the information still processing in my mind.
Suddenly, I heard my phone ring and quickly reach to pick it up. I look at the person who was calling, only to see Jungkook's name. A little shocked, I pick it up and put the phone to my ear.
"Hey, I want to go on a date with you." He said and I felt my head start to spin. Really? Both of these men want to date me?
"Oh... um... well..."
"Ah, I see, Taehyung just came home. You went with him?" He asked and I nodded, then realized that he couldn't see me.
"Oh-yeah." I said hesitantly.
"Maybe we could hang out another time, though?" He asked, sounding like he was choking on his own words.
"Yeah, when do you plan on it?" I asked. He took a breath on the other side of the phone.
"Hmm, maybe tomorrow?" He asked, sounding light-hearted again. How fast does this kid change moods?
"Okay, see you then!" I said, trying to sound positive, but I felt a sense of unease in my stomach. I don't know if I will get too close to these men, otherwise I will eventually have to tell them my secret...
He—rudely—hung up on me and I got up off of the bed, getting undressed in the bathroom and stepped into the shower. The water felt like a curtain of warmth as it enveloped me and cleared my mind of everything that happened tonight. It sort of "cleansed" me in a way, no pun intended.
When I got out of the shower, I got dressed and then walked out into my kitchen, looking out the window as I poured myself a glass of blood. It looked almost as dark as the night sky and it sent a wave of cold up my spine. This was my only way of survival, but it still somehow gave me the chills.
Suddenly, there was a loud banging on my front door. I walked to the door quickly, but when I got there it stopped. I pressed my head against the door and heard nothing. The lock broke and the door swung open, hitting me hard in the head. When I looked up to see who was coming in, the person's eyes were bright white, like the woman outside of my apartment building. Except, this time it was a man, with big arms as thick as tree trunks. He was twice the size of me.
Startled, I ran to the kitchen, grabbing a knife and walking slowly back to the front door. When I looked, the man was gone. I turned around and he was there, but when I thrust my hand out to stab him, he grabbed my hand, twisting it. I yelped in pain and fell to the ground. My fangs poked at my lip, a defense mechanism.
He watched me with a grin spread on his face. "I knew you were a vampire, you filthy creatures. You should have ran." He chuckled a little as he brought his thick fist down, holding a crowbar. I watched as it hit my head and I immediately fell into darkness.
