Yuka's pov
'Your Grampa owns a game shop...' I just stood outside with my jaw slack, 'This is so cool!'
They just laughed at me, 'Hey, this is like a duellist's dream! Don't laugh!' But that didn't stop them from laughing.
'Come on, quite laughing, how was I supposed to know it was a game shop?' Peering at the stuff that was displayed on the window, 'Yugi, you have a great Grampa, I'd love to have my own store.'
'Hahaha, just wait till you see the inside.' Yugi smiled at me.
And he was right, the inside was much better, cards and games lining the shelf and counters, all kept neat and organised. There were games that I had played and some that I had never heard of before, apparently, everyone in Domino City has played them, according to Joey.
Walking inside my head kept swerving, trying to take everything all in as quickly as I could. I probably looked like a kid in a candy store, but I knew I was definitely going to buy some games today.
Unknown to me, Yami was gazing in my direction, his face softening as he watched me get excited. But unbeknownst to the both of them, the lizard was looking between the Pharoh and his host, a smirk forming on his scally face-

Author- that's enough from you and your narcissistic ego.
'Ahh, Yugi, Yami you're home!' An old man's voice was heard.
'Hey, Grandpa!' Greeted the ever-so-polite Yugi, everyone else greeted the old man before he spotted me.
'Oh, I don't think I've seen you before?'
'Oh yeah! Grandpa, this is Yuka, she's our new friend that started today!'
'Hello, I'm Yuka Sakaki! It's nice to meet Yugi and Yami's grandpa. You have an amazing shop! And from this day forth I will be a regular patron of your fine establishment.' I gave a wide smile to the old man.
Yugi's grampa gave me a surprised look before realisation dawned on him, 'A Sakaki you say, hmm. You must be Yusho's daughter, right?'
This time it was my time to be surprised, I wasn't expecting anyone from Domino City to know anything about my family, we were only well known in Paradise City, 'Yes I am, but if I may ask, how do you know my father?'
'Know your father? I should say I know your father quite well, after all, I'm good friends with your father. But that's a story for another day. Ah, I've not seen your father for years now, I hope he's doing well?'
'Yes he is, I'm sure that he'll be glad to hear about you.'
'Haha, you tell him to call and visit me sometime.'
'Will do sir!' I saluted him.
'I can see you took after your father.' He laughed, 'So do you duel just like your father, Yuka?'
'Naturally! We have similar duelling styles, but I have my flair.'
'As expected from Yusho's daughter. But you won't show me your deck, now will you?'
'How'd you know?'
'Ah, your father was the same.'
'Hmm.'
'Something wrong?'
'No. He just looks like someone that I once knew.'
