[22] Yuya's day out!

Yuka's pov

'So how is it?' I asked Yuya who had stuffed his face with food, 'It's good right?'

He couldn't talk because of all of the food so he nodded his head enthusiastically, happily eating his desserts.

Yuya was staying for the weekend with me so I decided to take him around Domino City and show him around. The gang also decided to join me.

We were currently at my favourite desserts shop so Yuya could try out their desserts. He instantly fell in love with their food, just like I had. Joey and Tristan were stuffing themselves too, Yugi and Tea were taking their time and Yami was drinking coffee, sitting the furthest away from me.

Yuya had made it his mission to keep Yami away from me and he wasn't being subtle about it either. He had made sure that he was sitting on one of my sides and Tea was on the other so that no one was near me.

I found it hilarious because seeing Yuya like this was really fun. Whenever Yami tried to talk to me, Yuya would be childish and interrupt him and Yami could only give in.

The lizard on the other hand wasn't paying attention because he was stuffing his face with desserts.

Yugo, Yuto, and Yuri were giving Yami side glares too, but they were more interested in looking around. I would talk to them whenever they talked to me. This was the only helpful thing the lizard could help me with. Because I wore the millennium dragon bracelet I could see spirits and other similar stuff so I could see the Yu brothers.

While the others were busy I bought some desserts for Yugo, Yuto and Yuri, even though some of them declined even looking interested in some "stupid sweets."

'After this should we-' Yami started off but again Yuya interrupted.

'Yuka! I've practised a new move that I want you to see!' When he was talking to me he gave Yami a provocative gaze, trying to rally the Pharaoh, but the Pharaoh is really patient so he hadn't given Yuya the rise he was hoping to get.

I felt bad for Yami, 'That's nice so why don't you show me after, Yuya? Yami, what were you going to say?'

'I was saying that we should take your brother to my grandpa's game shop. I thought he might like it.'

'That's a great idea!' I was already thinking of taking Yuya there, maybe he could find some new cards or games. I had already become a regular customer at the shop with how many times I visited.

After they had enough dessert we left for the game shop.

'Ha! Did you see that puny obelisk's face when you destroyed him!'

'Yes, I did, because, like you said, I beat him.'

The lizard had been so happy that I had beaten obelisk just like I predicted he would. He had been talking about it ever since I had put the bracelet back on.

'He thinks he's so big and mighty. Does he think that the human that wields him would beat the human I personally chose.'

'How could he be so stupid.' At this point, I was just giving him perfunctory replies.

'Exactly! He's not even as strong as me, but he thinks he can beat me! Doesn't he know that he can't even compare himself to me?'
