The mission was going a little to well. It was almost starting to feel like a set up. Almost.
You walked the halls looking around for anything that could prove you right. There were about 3 boys laying broken on the floor.
"Guys, I'm not feeling very good about this." Lance said over the cons.
"Me either. Stay alert." You told the others.
"I'm almost done." Pidge said.
You screamed and fell to the floor when you got shot in the back. You heard the others try and talk to you. You felt another shot and you screamed again.
The pain was awful. You rolled over and shot whatever shot you.
"Guys, I've been shot. Twice. I need help." You yell again. You were in so much pain you could hardly take it.
You were in and out of consciousness lying there waiting for them to get you. You could hear their yelling fade in and out.
"You need to keep your eyes open!" Pidge kept yelling at you. You looked around and you were leaning against a wall in the sitting position.
"It's so hard, baby." You whine.
"Please, for Pidge. For all of us." You heard lance through the cons.
"I'm- I'm..." you trail off your eyes feeling heavy.
"Open your eyes!" Pidge screamed. You struggled to do it. You felt so cold and your eyelids were so heavy.
"Don't yell, Baby." You whisper.
"I'm sorry, but you need to look at me!"
Your eyes closed and the yelling faded.
There were people rushing around on the bridge. You closed your eyes back as you were placed into a pod.
You suddenly fell forward into something hard. You opened your eyes and Shiro was looking down at you. "Welcome back." He said helping you stand up.
"Someone go get Pidge!" Hunk yelled. Keith was the one who darted out the door. Everyone hugged you and told you how much they missed you.
Pidge ran in and lept into your arms. "I love you." She cried. You stumbled back holding her tightly. She wrapped her legs tightly around you as she cried into your neck.
The others went to the other side of the bridge to give you two some space.
Pidge was so happy to have you back in her arms once again.
