"Maybe when we're ready, we'll meet again."

The sun was obviously setting, and it was getting colder and colder each minute that was passing. Lucas cursed silently as he pushed his hands deeper in his short's pockets, he breathed out puffs of air, making him remember that spring was just coming.

"Why is it so damn cold here?" Lucas muttered, turning a corner and finally walking inside the hotel he was staying in.

The receptionists greeted him, bowing respectfully and smiling, he bowed and smiled back at them. Lucas soon proceeded upstairs and into his room, instantly filling up the tub with hot water. He needed to fight the cold away, and to relax.

"Calm down." He whispered, looking at his own reflection.

A little later, Lucas had finally sunk into the tub, his nerves instantly relaxing at the temperature. He sighed in content, closing his eyes as he indulged more in the warm water. Lucas was finally calmed down, until he imagined how life could've been if he and Jungwoo were still connected, somehow.

"He's alright." Lucas muttered, trying to convince himself but it wasn't working. "He's fine." And somehow, a small voice on the back of his head countered him. He's not.

He remembered Taeil's words, how hurt he said it. How broken it sounded. How true it felt, and Lucas felt horrible. He stood up from the tub and wrapped a towel around his waist, instantly walking out of the bathroom.

The foreigner had to relax, the warm bath helped a bit, but it didn't calm him completely. Lucas changed into his clothes, something that would warm him. He then sat on his bed and stared at nothingness. Taeil's words really bothered him; he was itching to see how Jungwoo was doing, but he didn't know where to start.

"I have to find him." Lucas said to himself, sighing silently as he realized that the reason he was back here because their batch had a reunion. He smiled, a little bit of the nerve rack faded, but it was still there. And yet another obstacle appeared. "How will I talk to him?"

Humming softly, Jungwoo arranged the multiple flowers inside a tall vase, pairing it with beautiful leaves that seemed to be a part of it. He smiled in proudness as he looked at his arrangement, he'd been doing this for 2 years now, but every time he makes one, he's still proud of how beautiful it looked.

"Ah, Jungwoo-ssi." A petite girl walked inside the room, smiling gently at the taller male. "Good morning."

"Good morning to you, too, Minha." Jungwoo greeted back, not forgetting to flash her a smile.

The two continued on with their businesses, Jungwoo, still making a few more arrangements and Minha, changing into her uniform. A few more moments later, the other employees started arriving, a signal that told Jungwoo that he should probably leave now.

"I'll be going." Jungwoo announced, making the employees look at him. "Do your best."

Jungwoo soon found himself staring at the newly placed flowers on each of the tables, he smiled proudly again before turning to walk towards the door, ready to go home and do nothing all day, but something, rather someone stopped him from doing so.

"It can't be..." He whispered, not believing his eyes.

Standing directly in front of the door was a man, taller and much more muscular than him, and someone who he cared about so much in the past.

"Jungwoo?" The taller started to reach out to Jungwoo, something the latter had been dreading for the past years.

When the other male's hand was just centimetres away from his arm, Jungwoo finally came into his senses. His tragic memories suddenly flashing, making his body tremble subtlety. And when their skin came in contact with each other, Jungwoo stepped back abruptly, shocking the person in front of him and himself.

"Hey," Jungwoo didn't actually hear him clearly, his ears were ringing and his head was aching. "You alright?"

"No." He whispered, holding his head and turning around, to walk back inside the employee's room.

Before he could reach the said room, a familiar face made all the bad memories go away. Jungwoo instantly held the elder's shoulder, he also closed his eyes whilst breathing slowly.

"It's okay, sweetie," The elder whispered, careful not to touch the hyperventilating male. "Relax, go inside and lay there for a while."

"Okay." Jungwoo muttered, slightly pushing off the elder and walking towards the door where he just got out of.

"Hi," The woman smiled genuinely at Lucas, her eyes slightly wrinkling at the side. "You are?"

"Uh, I'm Lu– Yukhei." Lucas intorduced, he glanced quickly on the door where Jungwoo went through, hoping that the latter would be staring out the glass part of the door.

"Yukhei? You mean Wong Yukhei?" The woman chuckled slightly, disbelief lacing her voice with surprise. "Jungwoo told me about you."

"He did?"

"Everyday." The female chuckled once more, looking at Lucas' expression of shock. "Don't look so surprised, Jungwoo liked you."

Lucas went quiet when he heard that. I know. He thought, only feeling worse about the decision he made years ago.

"And based on what he always told me, you liked him back." Their eyes met again, this time she looked more serious. "He cries every time he talk about you."

"I'm sorry." Lucas didn't know what to say, so he just apologized. "Please tell him that."

"Do you know who I am?" She asked, Lucas shook his head like a child, watching her smile calmly. "I'm Jungshi, I'm his older sister."
