"When people does something wrong, don't forget all the things they did right."

The tension was still thick on the air, but both of them were more than willing to lower their pride down, someone has to go first though. Jungwoo was sitting on the bench, while Yukhei sat on the grass. They weren't talking to each other, nor were they facing each other, and it's getting frustrating. To the both of them and to their audience.

"Just fucking talk to each other!" Donghyuck's distant voice boomed, making the both of them groan in annoyance and embarrassment.

"Yah! Suck it up and talk!" Taeyong added, Yukhei sighed.

"It would be nice if you all gave us privacy!" Yukhei shouted back, they heard chuckles and groans, before a few footsteps, the taller sighed. As if we believed you. He thought. The silence was eventually pierced by Jungwoo's soft voice, too soft, too soft for Yukhei to understand. "What?"

"Yesterday... I'm sorry." Yukhei frowned, and looked back at Jungwoo, who had his hands on his lap and his head down. "I didn't mean to anger you."

"I should be the one apologising." The taller said, guilty of what happened yesterday. "I wasn't really angry at you... I just snapped."

Again, silence. Neither of them spoke again, both too worried to open up a topic.

"I saw your wrists." There was an audible gasp, Yukhei sighed. "Why do you keep on doing that?"

"I... Don't know." Jungwoo's voice was silent. "Everything's just too much."

"Something happened." It wasn't a question. It was a statement, Yukhei faced Jungwoo, who was still looking down. "Something did. What happened?" When Jungwoo didn't answer, Yukhei decided to take matters onto his own hands. He stood up and held Jungwoo's left sleeve, before pulling it up, then the right one. "Tell me."

"It... Was my Mom." Jungwoo mumbled, earning a frown from Yukhei. The shorter was still not looking at Yukhei, and it was honestly worrying him.

"What happened?" The taller insisted, his voice stern.

"She..." Jungwoo whispered, his hand holding his right arm. "There were..." He was rubbing his clothed arm, as he still felt hands there. He closed his eyes and tried not to remember anything.

When Yukhei noticed this, he felt his blood boiling again. He didn't wait for Jungwoo to continue, he pulled the shorter closer to him, and wrapped his arms around him. Jungwoo was shaking, when he hugged the taller back, and for a moment, Yukhei felt like he was holding a doll. A very very fragile porcelain doll. Too fragile for this world. And he was more than willing to protect him from the cruelty of the world.

And when Jungwoo started sobbing, Yukhei felt more weight on his shoulders. He closed his eyes and hugged the him tighter, a subtle gesture, a silent reassurance that Yukhei was right there for Jungwoo. He raised his hand and slowly placed it on Jungwoo's head, as if he was cradling him. I'm really sorry, Jungwoo.

"Oppa," Yukhei didn't look at her, and just continued writing. "Oppa, is it true? You and Jungwoo bro-"
