*Flashback* You were walking into the garage of Teller Morrow to pick up your car when you ran straight into the firm chest of one of the mechanics causing you to fall on your butt, straight into a puddle of oil. "Shit!" You exclaimed , looking at your oil covered clothes and hands. "Damn sorry doll." The man said, holding out a hand for you to take, a rag in his other hand. You sighed before taking it, the oil causing you jeans to stick to your legs as you stood up. "It's okay. I didn't really like these jeans anyways" you chuckled weakly taking the rag he offered and trying to wipe off most of it off. He leaned around you and looked at the back of your jeans which wasn't hard for him to do considering his towering form. "Looks good." He said with a small smile causing your cheeks to heat up. "Thanks." You mumbled, playing with the rag absentmindedly "Um I'm here to pick up my car." You managed to stutter out when you met his eyes. "What's your name darlin'?" He asked, walking over to a wall of clipboards. "(y/f/n) (y/l/n)." You replied, your tone slowly going back to normal. "Pretty name for a pretty girl." He replied with a wink before looking through the boards placed on the wall until he found yours. "You've got the 1970 El Camino?" he asked, sounding a bit impressed. "That's me." He grabbed the clipboard and had you sign a few papers before he handed you your keys and receipt. As you were walking out he called after you "See you soon Slick." With a wink. You were so confused as to what he meant until you got home and were looking at your receipt that you noticed he had written his name and number down. His name was Happy. *End of flashback* After he gave you his number you two started going out regularly. Regularly enough that he stopped with the Croweaters. It took almost a full year before he asked you to move in with him and then another six months until he asked out to be his Old Lady. You honestly didn't mind, you and Happy were both very wary of relationships so the pace you chose to go at was perfect. With being an Old Lady came with getting Happy's crow. So, here you were, laying in a chair in the middle of Happy's dorm as he tattooed his crow on your arm. Being the woman who Happy Lowman loved enough to settle down with made you somewhat of a legend. Sure, at first there was a constant flow of Croweaters telling you that he was just using you or that you were a one night stand, but that all stopped about 7 months into the relationship when he said "I love you." in front of everyone. You heard the buzzing sound of the gun die off and you looked over to see Happy smiling lightly at you. "You wanna see it baby?" He asked, his tone holding a bit of an excited edge. You nodded and got up, walking to the bathroom only to have him follow. When you turned to look in the mirror tears sprung to your eyes as you stared at the inky black crow gracing your skin. "It's gorgeous Hap." you said, wiping the happy tears from your cheek. "If you like it so much then why are you crying baby?" He chuckled softly, pulling you into his arm, mindful of your new ink. "I just realised that I love you and you love me too, just as much. For the longest time i've had to worry about whether or not this was real and if it was going to last. You giving me this is just kind of showing me that it's is going to last and it is real." You said, pulling back and wiping your eyes. "Doll I do love you and it is going to last alright?" He said, taking your face softly in his hands and kissing you tenderly. You wrapped your arms around his neck and deepened this kiss, thankful you had him to depend on when things got bad. "You're so sweet to me." You chuckled softly, pulling away and wiping your smeared makeup. "Yeah yeah, just don't tell the boys. I'll never hear the end of it." He chuckled, picking you up and throwing you over his shoulder, smacking your butt lightly as he walked towards the door.
