As soon as Steve was out of the hospital he made sure to let his lawyer on his divorce and everything that Sharon had done.He wanted to end it all before he could have a fresh start with Tony. The super soldier wanted nothing more but to be with him and his daughter, he sighed putting his phone down when Ari jumped into his lap 

"Papa are you sad because Sharon's baby is not my little brother?"she whispered caressing his cheek,Steve looked down at her confused "I don't keep anything from her"the super soldier quickly glanced up it was Tony. He was standing at the door with his arms crossed "Oh I'm sorry the door the was open,and Aurora insisted that she wanted to come and see how you were doing"

"I'm doing good thank you"Tony nodded his head, going up to them sitting next to the super soldier.

"I wanted to let you know that I forgive you, I don't hold any grudges against you.Now I understand that Bucky is your friend and you just wanted to protect him.Hell I would do the same for Rhodey"Steve shook his head taking his hand in his.

"But you had every right to know who killed your parents.I should be the one who should be apologizing I hurt you Tony that was never my intention"

"I love you capsicle"the super soldier chuckled smiling.

"I love you Tony"

*****Day Of The Court*******

"Order"Judge Raymond's voice boomed throughout the room as he slammed his hammer down on the desk. "This is court case number 121729, filing for divorce and custody battle between Mr. Steven Grant Rogers and Mrs. Sharon Rogers Carter"the court was quiet for a few seconds,Jude Raymond did not know what to think. A few months back the super soldier was sitting in that same chair but he wanted custody of his daughter. It wasn't like Judge Raymond wasn't up to date on what the superheroes were up to, remembering back to the news when they revealed Tony and Steve's relationship. He immediately concluded that Sharon was behind all of this.

"The accuser shall begin"Steve took a deep breath turning to look at his lawyer, then quickly standing up fixing his suit and clearing his throat before beginning to speak.

"Your honor this whole marriage has been a complete fraud. The child Sharon was having is not mine and she tricked me thinking it was to force me to marry her"

"That's a lie and you know it Steve.Steve I love you I want to be with you"the super soldier knew that Sharon was capable of anything just to have him tied up to her. Steve was done with her and all her games, he decided that it was time that he thought about his happiness.

"Order!Please Mrs. Rogers sit down and wait for your turn to speak"Sharon huffed in annoyance and sat down as her lawyer whispered something in her ear. She simply smiled, nodding her head. "Proceed Mr. Rogers"

"Besides the divorce I am demanding I would also like full custody of the baby we just had"Judge Raymond stared at him as if he was crazy.

"Didn't you just say that the child wasn't yours?"

"Yes your honor, but as you might know, I know my rights that baby is legally mine since he was born while me and Sharon were married"the judge nodded his head agreeing with his statement. "That is all"the super soldier sat back down while Judge Raymond gave Sharon the chance to speak.

"I will not only in no way shape or form give Steve the divorce, I will not give him Jr.I'm not going to let him run back to Stark not a chance"as the case went on Steve's lawyer thought it would be a good idea if Aurora went in and testify against Sharon.As Ari sworn to tell the truth she sat at the witness chair staring nervously at Sharon.

"Ok Miss Stark can you tell us how was it like to live with Mrs.Rogers"Aurora looked at Tony for comfort, the brunette smiled encouraging her to speak.

"Sharon-Sharon was very mean, she broke my Iron Man action figure that my daddy gave me"Sharon gazed at Ari with anger in her eyes wanting to speak up but was stopped by her lawyer. She knew if she said anything it would ruin the whole thing.

"She also kidnapped me and killed Uncle Loki"Judge Raymond stared at Aurora in complete disbelief while Ari tried to hold back her tears as she remembered Loki.

"Please elaborate Miss Stark"Aurora looked at him confused,Judge Raymond rather than explain to her what that meant he used a word that she could understand.

"I ran away from my papa's house because I didn't want to live with Sharon.Then a mean man came up to me and told me he knew my daddy but that was a lie.He took me with Sharon and she kept me in a dark room with no food or water.And when my daddy and papa came to rescue me she killed Uncle Loki"the jury were left shocked on what a woman like Sharon would do to such a innocent child.

"SHUT UP!SHUT UP YOU LIL BRAT I SHOULD'VE GOTTEN RID OF YOU LIKE I DID WITH YOUR PRECIOUS UNCLE LOKI.ALL OF THIS IS YOUR FAULT, YOU AND YOUR BASTARD FATHER"Sharon sneered,tipping her chair over as she got up.She pointed her finger at Aurora threatening her to not say another single word.At this point the jury were definitely giving this solicitud to Steve, Sharon did not have the ability to take care of her child and that was more then clear to everyone in the court.

"My daddy is not a bastard"Judge Raymond slammed his hammer on his desk once again trying to calm the court down. Sharon ran up to Aurora grabbing her by the arm and shaking her back and forth yelling at her. Tony seeing all of this went up to them pushing Sharon away from his daughter.

"Take your filthy hands away my daughter"Steve wanting this from going any further tried to hold Sharon back.Of course the guards were quick to help hold her back.

"You are going to pay for this Stark"

"Yeah yeah let's see what you will do behind bars"Judge Raymond called for the guards and ordered for her to be taken in. He granted Steve the divorce and the custody of the baby, Bucky hugged the super soldier happy that he had won this battle.Steve pulled away from him walking up to Tony and Aurora.

"Tony now that chapter of my life is closed.Can you give me the opportunity of starting over with you....with our daughter"Tony smiled wanting more than ever to say yes, he knew that it was time to leave the past behind him and start living the now.

"You know that with you I would go to the end of the world.Because without you I am lost"Steve smiled.Grabbing his hand in his he knelt down on one knee taking out the engagement ring,the ring he was going to give him a few years back before their fight.

"Then marry me"Aurora glanced from the super soldier to the brunette excitedly waiting for her dad to respond.

"Yeah why not"Steve chuckled, putting the ring on his finger standing up straight again as he pulled him towards him kissing me. The whole court clapped and cheered,Aurora jumped up and down happy that they were finally going to be a big and happy family.
