Also, in this story, Jasper breaking up doesn't happen (Trials of Apollo), and neither does a certain death I still need to have a word with Rick Riordan about.
Three weeks later, Eva was reading in the Athena cabin when Nico climbed through the window. She jumped.
"Dear gods, Nico!" she scolded. "What the Hades?!?"
"Sorry," he said, not looking too sorry.
"You're just lucky no one else is here," she grumbled. "What's up?"
She expected him to say Jason, but he didn't. "Will just asked me to the fireworks on Saturday!"
She fell off her bunk. "NO WAY!"
He nodded excitedly. "I have a date! And if it goes well, I'll have a boyfriend!"
"Okay, you're di Angelo to me now," she said decisively.
"What? Why?"
"You'll be di Angelo until you're Solace," she answered. He turned cherry red and grabbed a pillow, beating her with it.
"Jeez, Castman," he said.
"Castman?"
"Castman until you're Valdez."
This time it was his turn to get beat with a pillow.
