"Nicoooooooo," Leo complained. "Why won't you talk to meeeeeeeeeeeeeee?"

Nico flipped him off and walked away.

"Hey!" Leo shouted after him. "Not cool!"

Leo spotted Will across the commons, just leaving the Apollo cabin, and cornered the sunshine boy. "Why won't your boyfriend talk to me?"

Will raised one eyebrow, shrugged, and walked away.

Mind whirling, Leo sat on the Apollo steps, thinking, until Kayla kicked him down the stairs. "Seriously? Why does everyone have a vendetta against me?" he demanded.

Kayla shrugged. "Because you're annoying?"

Leo scowled at her and walked away. After a second, he spotted Annabeth, Eva, and two of their half-brothers on the basketball court. "Hey, Annie," he yelled, jogging over.

The daughter of Athena ignored him, her eyes locked with those of one of her brothers'. "In a minute, Leo, I'm kinda busy wiping the court with these two."

A few minutes later, after Eva and Annabeth had crushed their brothers in two-versus-two, Annabeth walked over to Leo. "Yeah?"

"How come Nico and Will won't talk to me?"

"Di immortales," Eva cursed. "They won't? Those idiots!" She took off, heading for the infirmary. "I'll try to talk some sense into them!"

Annabeth and Leo watched her go. "Is it me, or is she spending a lot of time with Will and Nico?" he asked.

Annabeth nodded. "It's like Harry, Ron, and Hermione, but Harry's six times more emo, Ron is even more sunshiny, the boys are really heckin' gay for each other, and Hermione's ten times scarier."

"True." Leo shrugged. "I gotta go."

"Secret project?" Annabeth asked.

He grinned. "You know it, Annie." And he took off, ignoring Annabeth's shout of "DON'T CALL ME ANNIE" and laughing hysterically.

Wow, look, an update!
