• Kaye POV •

"Yeah?" He said, looking up. "Are you and Jordan okay?" I asked. "No." He sighed.

"I'm here you know. you can talk to me." I said. Even though Hayes and I aren't really friends, I still have my soft side and I still care about him.

"It's nothing really. after you left, I dated Madi for two years, she was there for me when you uh- left. Madison didn't come to school for a couple of weeks so I had no one. Madi was there for me, but she moved our senior year and she wants to see me, but Jordan doesn't like that." He said.

(AN: sorry I ship Hayes and Madi in real life, why are they so perfectttt? No hate!)

"But, when I came back to school that day, who were with Jordan." I said confused.

"You came back?" He asked. "I came back the first day of sophomore year and I saw you guys at lunch. It was you madison and Jordan." I said.

"Madi wasn't going to the same school until later in the year. Jordan and Madison were friends and me and Jordan were just on and off." He said.

"Oh." I said. "How did you not know I came back?" I asked. "I knew you came back, just not to our school." He said. "Yeah." I said.

"I always tried going to your house Kaye, we all did." He sighed. "Then why didn't you?" I asked. "Because I still felt guilty and to this day I feel guilty, every time I stepped in front of your house, I would walk away." He said.

"I was alone for three years Hayes, I probably wouldn't have shut you out if you had came." I said.

"I regret that a lot." He said. "Anyways, so you still love Madi, but you love Jordan?" I asked.

"Madi is just different, like she reminded me a lot of you and I thought that's why I liked her, but that's not why, I'm in love with her Kaye." He said.

"And Jordan?" I asked. "No." He shook his head, he looked at me. "I'm not." He said. "Then, I suggest you go tell Jordan that and text madi." I said.

"Thank you Kaye." He smiled. I stood up and nodded. "So, when are we going to be close again?" He asked. "Hayes." I sighed.

"Who are you?" He asked. "What?" I asked. He stood up and looked at me. "I'm Hayes, what's your name?" He asked.

"I'm Kalyn..." I laughed a little confused.

"Well Kalyn, I hope we can be friends. you are very beautiful by the way." He smiled.

I laughed, "you're cute, Hayes." He gave me a cheeky smile and I kissed his cheek, wrapping my arms around his neck.

"I really did miss you." I said. "Good, because I really missed you." He said. "Come on, I'm free right now." I said. I took his hand and we walked to the living room.

Matthew tensed up, but I gave him that 'chill' look.

"Me and Hayes are going out for a few hours, I'll be back." I said kissing Matthews cheek.

"I'll be waiting." He said. We walked outside and Hayes walked over to a range rover. "Come on." He said.

"Who's car is this?" I asked. "Mine." He chuckled. "They let you have a license!" I yelled, laughing. "I can drive now!" He whined.

"Yeah, we'll see about that." I said. I got in the passengers seat and he started the car. "I love this car so much." I said. "Don't copy me." He said.

"I told you I wanted one, but in white so you copied me." I said. "Fine, you can have a white one and I'll keep the black." He said.

"Twinnin." I smirked. He chuckled and started driving. I grabbed his phone and searched 'madi' on his contacts list.

I found her and hit the call button.

"Hello?" She answered. "Aw Hayes, Madi sounds pretty." I smiled. "Who is this?" Madi asked.

"Oh sorry, this is Kaye, Hayes' friend. he really wants to see you, he has something really important to tell you." I said.

"I'm going to kill you." Hayes growled. "I'm at the ice cream shop by the pier, meet me?" She asked. "Yeah, bye." I smiled and hung up.

I went through his phone and clicked on pictures.

I saw he had an album of Madi. "Aw Hayes." I smiled, looking through their pictures. "I ship." I said nodding, he chuckled and looked at the other albums.

I saw an album titled 'sweet cheeks'

I smiled to myself and clicked on it. It was pictures filled with me and Hayes, but some were just me.

There were over two thousand pictures. "Hayes, what's this?" I asked. He came to a stop and looked.

"Stop." He blushed taking his phone. "What was it?" I asked. "An apology card thing, I didn't want to give it to you in person cause I though you would rip it up, so I was going to send it to you, but I never had the guts to." He said.

"Your handwriting is so cute!" I laughed. He continued driving and I took the phone back.

"Kaye!" He whined. I started taking a whole bunch of pictures and he would glance over every once in awhile making a face.

"I'm cute, I don't know about you." I said. He slapped my head and I slapped him back.

He pulled into the ice cream place and we got out of the car, walking in.

I was supposed to update last night, but my chapter got deleted and I didn't have time to write it again! That's why this one is so short!
