• Cameron POV •

"Their going to be okay cam, they have to be." Nash's voice cracked. Nash isn't the one to cry, but he was about to.

"And if they're not? Then what Nash?" I looked at him, tears rolling down my face.

"Where is she!" I heard someone yell. I looked to see Matthew. Nash and I stood up.

"What the fuck are you doing here?" I snapped. "Where's Kaye?" I asked. "Get the fuck out of here." Nash snapped.

"How is Kaye, what happened?" He asked, desperately. "Just get the fuck out of here! I'm blaming you for this!" I yelled.

"What happened, please Cameron. I have to know, I have to be here." His voice cracked.

"Leave." I gritted through my teeth. "I'm not leaving." He said. "Cameron, just stop." Madison said.

I sat back down and put my head in my hands.

After they got Kaye out of the building she was rushed to the hospital. When they went back for Hayes, the building collapsed, they got Hayes out, but he's not doing good.

(AN: there's like a 1% chance a person can survive that haha. Hayes is that 1% right now)

Nash is trying to be strong for everyone, but I know he's hurting the most.

Hayes is his little brother and there's a big chance he won't make it.

The doctor came out and we all looked up.

"Kalyn Dallas?" He asked. I stood up and walked over to him. "Is she okay?" I asked. "She will be, she overdosed." He said.

"What?" I asked.

"There were a lot of pills in her system." He said. "Will they ruin her health?" I asked.

"If it happens a second time she'll be harmed, but she's okay right now." He said. "Can I see her?" I asked. "No visitors right now while she's recovering." He said.

"Thank you." I said. He nodded and I sat back down and told them.

Nash was tapping his foot nervously and I looked at him. "Hayes is going to be okay." I reassured him.

My phone started ringing and it was mom.

"Hey mom." I said answering. "How are they, we're here trying to get a flight." She said.

"Kaye overdosed on a pill and Hayes is still in surgery." I said. "She what? Why would she do that?" I asked.

I explained to her everything that has happened over the past three days.

"Maybe she wasn't ready to move away from home." She said. "She had to do it sooner or later." I said. "I think she's better at home." She said.

"Babying her as always." I mumbled. "She's in the hospital Cameron, she's going through a lot right now." She said.

"I know." I sighed. A different doctors came out.

"I gotta go, Hayes' doctor is here." I said. "Okay, bye cam." She said. I hung up and walked over with Nash.

He took a deep breath before asking about Hayes.

"The surgery went well, but Hayes is in a coma and there's no telling when he'll wake up." He said.

Tears started rolling down his face.

"Can we see him?" I asked the doctor. "Yeah." He said. He walked away and I walked Nash.

"He's okay Nash." I said. "But he's in a coma." He cried. "Come on, let's go see him." I said.

He nodded and we walked in his room.

He had a bruise on his cheek, near his right eye, a cut on his face, a cast on his left arm and one on his right leg.

"He looks so broken." He said. "I'll give you a minute." I said and he nodded. I went out and told everyone.

"But he's okay, right?" Madison asked. "Yeah." I said. "When can we see Kaye?" Leo asked. I shrugged and sat down.

We can finally take a breather. Their both alright.

"You may see her now." The nurse told us. "You can go cam, we'll wait." Carter said. I thanked them and went in her room.

She was awake, but looked weak.

I sat on the side of her bed and she looked at me. "Hey cam." She said. "Why did you take so many pills?" I asked.

"I'm alright, thanks." She said, avoiding the question. "I'm serious Kalyn." I said.

"Cause I wanted to sleep faster, can we stop talking about this?" She asked. "No and I would get your stories straight, cause I'm pretty sure mom and dad want to know." I said.

"I'm not surprised that you told them, now they're probably all worried." She mumbled.

"Of course I was going to tell them." I said. "Don't worry, I'm not going to do it again." She said.

"How did I get here?" She asked.

"I think the guys want to see you." I said standing up. "Cameron what happened?" She asked.

I walked out and told them not to tell her anything about Hayes or the fire.

I looked at Matthew. "You can leave now, she's okay." I said.

"I'm sorry again Cameron." He sighed. I rolled my eyes and turned away from him.

• Kaye POV •

"Where's Hayes?" I asked. They all looked at each other and Nash spoke up. "He's not feeling good." He said.

"So he's not here?" I asked, kind of hurt.

"No, he's here." Callie said. "Then where is he?" I asked. They didn't respond. "Just tell me what happened." I said.

"There was a fire at the house." Madison said. "W-what?" My voice cracked.

"How did it start Kaye?" Nash asked. "I don't know, I made fries-" I stopped what I was saying.

"I left the stove on, something must have happened. I didn't smell or hear anything probably because I was in my room." I said.

"Now, where's Hayes?" I asked.

"The firemen weren't going in there, so Hayes did. He said he had to try, so he went in there. He got you, but as it was his turn to get out, the house came down." Madison said.

My eyes started to water.

"Where is he?" I asked. "He's in a coma." Nash said.

It's all my fault..
