AN: Your main bae is back!

• Kaye POV •

"This is Madi, Madi this is Kaye." Hayes introduced us. "Hi." She smiled. I smiled at her, then grinned at Hayes.

(AN: you guys! I had no idea Madi was in tenth grade and is almost sixteen lmao, not until the other night O.o whoops. what's done is done)

"Well, I have to go. have fun." I said. "How are you getting back?" Hayes asked. "It's not far." I shrugged.

He nodded and I walked out.

I called Matthew and he answered after one ring.

"Thirsty." I laughed. "No, just happy to answer your call." He said. I could feel him smiling.

"Well Hayes is with Madi, so is that cookie done?" I asked. "Um, almost." He said. "Come pick me up." I whined.

"You have two legs." He said. "Yeah, two legs to walk to your car." I said. he chuckled, "I'm coming."

I hung up and looked out the window. I saw Hayes and Madi laughing. The way they looked and smiled at each other, was the way I used to laugh and look at Hayes.

(AN: Kaye: I did it first and I did it better, but that's none of my business)

I looked away and sat on a bench. Matthew pulled up in a red convertible camaro and my face lit up.

He got out and walked over to me. "I love your car." I said. "It's not a rover, but it's nice." He smirked.

"Well I like it." I said. He took my hand and we walked in the ice cream shop. "What are we doing?" I asked. "I'm buying you ice cream." He said.

We walked over to the counter and he got me a simple vanilla ice cream in a cup.

I glanced over at Hayes and he was already looking at me. Matthew put his hand on my waist, pulling me close to him.

I smiled and kissed his cheek. "I'm getting tired of this cheek kissing, my lips get jealous." He said.

"Sucks to suck." I laughed and he glared. We got our ice cream and got in his car.

"So, do you like Madi?" He asked. "We didn't talk for long, but she's nice." I said. "Jealous?" He asked.

"Why would I be?" I asked. "Cause you dated Hayes and now he's with some hot model." He chuckled. "Alright Matthew." I said.

(AN: Madi's not a model^ he's just saying she's hot)

"Why are you mad?" He asked. "I'm not, just hurry up and get to the house." I said.

He basically said I should be jealous because Hayes found someone better than me. No offense to Madi, but bitch I'm better.

(AN: Kaye is me. Sorry not Sorry)

We got home and I threw the ice cream in the trash can. "Did you not like it?" He asked. "No." I mumbled and went to his room.

I grabbed my leggings and changed into them. I know it's hot, but I still put my big sweater on.

(AN: leggings and sweaters are life.)

"You okay?" I heard. I looked to see Cameron. "fine." I said pushing past him. "Kalyn, tell me." He said seriously.

"It's nothing stay out of it." I said. "No, sit down and tell me." He snapped, pointing to the couch.

"Um, I don't have to tell you my business, so try and stay out of it." I snapped. Matthew and Nash just awkwardly looked at us.

I rolled my eyes and walked out of the house.

Today has just been a horrible day.

A car pulled up and it was Leo. My face lit up and I got up, hugging him. "You okay?" He asked. "no, but I'll be alright." I shrugged.

The door opened and Cameron came out.

"Kalyn we need to talk." He said. "I'm not talking to you." I said. "Kaye, I'm serious." He said softly. "I said no." I snapped.

"This isn't about your dumbass problems, it's about dad, so can you stop being a brat and come inside!?" He yelled.

"Wait right here." I told Leo. I walked inside going to matts room. I grabbed a few things and put it in my bag.

"Where are you going, I need to talk to you." Cameron said. "Fuck off." I mumbled. I walked towards the door, but stopped once he started to say something.

"All you care about is yourself! You're still the immature fourteen year old girl you used to be. you haven't changed at all!" He yelled.

"Whoops." I said and walked out the door. I didn't know what else to say, so I said that.

"Kaye, you seriously need to talk to Cameron." Nash said. "Leave it alone Nash." I mumbled and walked to the car.

"He's right ya know." He said. I looked at him. "You're acting just like you would four years ago, you haven't changed at all." He said.

"You guys didn't want change. everyone judged me as soon as they saw me after four years. So be happy I didn't change." I said.

"We were talking about your appearance not your personality. that will never change." He said and walked inside.

I quickly wiped the tears that were about to fall and walked inside.
