Day 21

Sunday, is special.

I wake up to the sound of soft snores and arms snaked around my waist. I'm about to freak out until I remember what happened yesterday. I still couldn't believe the Luke Hemmings loved me.

   I smile at the thought of the feeling he gave me when we kissed. I sit up and look over at the sleeping Luke that was next to me. He was adorable with his hair falling, mouth slightly agape, hands tightly wrapped around my big body, and small snores quietly coming out of his mouth.

   I smile and attempt to untangle myself from his arms, which didn't work to well. As I tried to get up Luke's grip tightened, pulling me closer to him as he shoved his face into my neck whispering a almost inaudible "mine!"

   I blush then turn to face him as best I can. I put my cold hand gently to his face and run my fingers softly over his cheek. He had stopped snoring and was now just softly breathing.

   He looked like a baby and I just wanted to kiss every inch of his face. I look out his window and see the sun shining brightly, then I look at the clock on his bedside table and it read 9:00am!!

I reluctantly remove my hand from Luke's face and rest it on his shoulder, I dint want to wake him , but I need to get home.

   My mom was probably gonna kill me so I might as well go home. I shake Luke lightly and hear him groan then I say "Luke please let go of me. I need to go home, even though I would much rather stay here."

   I mumble the last bit under my breath as Luke opens his eyes slowly and says "Ugh why do you have to go now?!?!" I laugh and respond "Well I'm gonna be grounded. So to make the punishment less painful I should go now."

   Luke groans again, but still keeps his arms securely around my waist. "Luke." I say sternly as he just closes his eyes. "What?" He asks in a groggy voice. I laugh and whine "Pleaseeee??"  

   Luke sighs and says "Only if you give me a kiss." I lean down and place a chaste kiss to his cheek. Luke opens his eyes and glares at me. I laugh and say "Well you never specified." I shrug.

Luke then sits up and sits criss crossed in front of me while i do the same. He had let go of my waist finally. And I was gonna make a dash for it, but he told me to wait. "Luke what are we doing?" He smiles and reaches into his pocket, then pulls out a box.

   I look curiously at it, but don't speak as he says "Luna Hazzel, as you know I Love you with all of my heart, possibly even more. I confessed my love for you yesterday, but I never got the chan-"

   Luke's cut off by Liz barging in saying "Luna sweetie, your phone was ringing down stairs and when I answered it, it was your mother. Did she not know you were here?!?"

   I sigh and walk over to Liz with a frown and say "No I'm so sorry Liz. It's just last night was crazy and I had completely forgotten to call my mom." Liz nods in understanding and says "It's okay, I just don't want your mother to kill me is all. Well anyway she called yelling at you to get home so here's your phone. Bye I'll see you later." I nod and Liz leaves the room I look over to Luke and give him an apologetic look he smiles sadly then says "I'll drive you home."

   I look down and say "Thanks and I'm really sorry about that. Maybe just maybe we can meet up at the park later." Luke nods and walks over to me. He was standing so close to me now.

Luke cups his hands around my face leans in as my hands hold onto the belt loops on his pants. Just as our lips are about to touch he whispers "Lu, I love you." Then he slowly attaches our lips. They slowly start to move together and all I could think was, wow this is the most amazing feeling in the world.
