Iris' POV:
I can't believe my parents said no. I can't stop myself from crying. Barry holds me tighter .
Barry: It's okay Iris. It wasn't the answer we were hoping for, but I promise everything will be okay.
I sit up and look into his eyes. He wipes the tears from my face and pulls me into a hug. We didn't even notice that my parents had come back into the room and sat down. Not until my Dad cleared his throat. We pull apart and look at them.
Barry: Oh sorry. I better get going. I'll se...
Joe: Stay.
Barry: (confused) Okay.
Joe: It breaks our hearts seeing you like this baby girl so we can't go on with this.
Cecile: Yea your father and I were just joking sweetie.
Iris: (shocked) What?!
Joe: Barry you're an amazing guy and you have our permission to date our daughter.
Barry: (happy) Thank you Mr. and Mrs. West.
I run and hug my parents.
Iris: (excited) THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!
Cecile: You're welcome sweetie. Now we really have to finish getting ready.
My parents leave the room. I hug and kiss Barry.
Barry: I love you.
Iris: I love you too.
Barry: Are you ready to talk to the gang?
Iris: Yea. I'm sure they're at the Diner. Let's go.
Barry and I had to the Diner.
Wally's POV:
We're all sitting in the Diner laughing, joking and just having a great time when we see Barry and Iris walk in together hand in hand. We all look at each other then back at them and everyone starts clapping and cheering as they approach the table.
Cisco: (excited) Dude you finally did it. I'm so proud of you!
Everyone makes room for them to sit.
Barry: Thank you Cisco.
Wally: (concerned) Wait does Mom and Dad know?
Iris: Yes.
Caitlin: Well congrats. I think I speak for all of us when I say we're happy for you.
Iris: Thank you... Look guys I'm sorry for cutting you off for two months. I...
Ronnie: No we're sorry for the way we treated you and I speak for Cait and I both when I say we're sorry for telling your business. Especially since we didn't have the whole story.
Cynthia: So can we all get back to loving each other?
Iris: Yea.
Jessie: You guys know this cause for a hug right?
We all stand and pull each other into a group hug.
Iris: I missed you guys.
Jessie: We missed you too.
We all sit back down.
Barry: So guys look. Iris invited Ralph and Parker to Big Bear.
Jessie: Cool.
Barry: She also invited Eddie.
Of course anytime something good happens something disturbing is around the corner just waiting.
Wally: (annoyed) Seriously?!
Iris: Yes. Guys he's not a bad guy. He's actually pretty cool. You just have to be willing to give him a chance.
Cisco: (deep sigh) Fine. We'll give him a chance. For you. Agreed?
Everyone: Agreed.
Iris: Thank you.
Now that the crew is all back together we can focus on having an amazing winter break at Big Bear.
