 "Joseph, it's so nice to see you again." I heard my mom's voice coming from downstairs, followed by the sound of my door closing.

"It's nice to see you too, Mrs Walter." I heard Joseph say.

I quickly finished straightening the last section my hair and unplugged my hair-straightner. I walked into my washroom to get a better view of myself in the mirror. I had on a gray strapless top along with blue jeans shorts. I also had a pairvof silver stilettos.

After the one last final look, I turned off the light, walked out my room, and down the stairs. I heard voices comming from the living room so i made my way there.

Joseph was sitting there with both my parents. "Hey guys," I said.

Joseph turned around, stood up, and stared at me wide eyed. He quickly snapped out of his thoughts. "You look great," he said.

"So do you," I said giving him a  kind smile. My parents followed us to the front door.

'What time will you kids be home?" my mom asked.

Joseph looked at me, saying that it was my call. I looked at the time and saw that it was 7:00.

"Im not sure but we'll be back by midnight" I said.

My dad looked at Joseph, silently giving him the message that if he was to bring me home any later than 12:00, bad things will happen.

I opened the door so we can make a quick get away. "Bye Mr. and Mrs. Walter." Joseph said.

"Bye mom and dad." I said right after him.

"HAve fun," my dad said.

"Drive safe!" My mom called after us.

Joseph opened the pasenger door for me and i got in. He closed it and got into the drivers side, started backing out of the driveway.

My parents waved at us as Joseph dove down my street.

We arrived at the party about five minutes later. Coincidentely, Amy was stepping out of some other guys car at the same time as us.

"Hey Amy!" I called. She turned around and smiled at me. She waited until Joseph and i caught up. "Who's that?"  I whispered to her.

"Luke," She said beaming. I chuckled and shook my head. "Did Lisa tell you whether or not she's comming?" She asked.

"No, Ill call her right now" I took out my phone and dialed her number. It rang a couple times until she picked up.

"Hello?"

"Hey Lisa, it's Skye." I said "Are you coming?"

"Oh hey Skye, No i have to go to that family thing." She said dissapointed.

"Oh ok girl talk to you later" I said.

"Alright have fun." We hung up and I put my phone away.

"She's not coming" I said.

"Are you comming?" Amy and i looked to the side and saw that Luke and Joseph were waiting impatiently, I might add.

"Yeah, Yeah." Amy said. The two of us followed the boys towards the door.

"Oh uh, just to let you know," Amy muttered to me, "Kevin's parties can get out of control."

The door swug open and Kevin stood there smiling. "Glad you could make it guys," He stepped out to the side to let us in "Ladies, looking good."
