Harry nervously kept looking over at the small egg and over at the window across the room at where Hedwig was flying around with a brown Screach Owl and playfully pecking at eachother in the air. He sighed softly and turned back to where Newt was writing in a black book. No, not writing exactly but drawing. Harry watched as Newt's brown eyes glanced out the window for a brief second before jumping back to the sketch. A small smile crossed Harry's mouth as he relaxed slightly. The clicking of a door closing made Harry jump and turn to watch Dumbledore and Pomfrey whispering softly to eachother.
"If you have any issues you call me and I will come immediately. I will be back soon," Dumbledore said, turning to Harry and smiling "Harry," he paused and looked at Newt with a slight tension "Newt,"
Newt looked up startled and began to stutter.
"Err yes umm... Dumbledore. Goodnight!"
The headmaster smiled a little and rolled his blue eyes, making his way out of the room.
"Alright, Mr. Potter," Madame Pomfrey said from next to his bed "Let's see what we are working with here,"

Harry winced as she poked her wand into his back and a glowing picture showed on the wall in front of them showing his heart beating radically under his rib cage. Newt watched curiously and held Harry's hand gently.
"Why are you doing that?" Newt asked "You've never needed it before,"
"Well, Mr. Scammander," Pomfrey said with a slight glare at the man, who in return blushed and ducked his head "Not that I have to explain my reasoning to you," she continued "In most cases the wounds are visible or detectable with magic, but as Mr. Potter here has been refusing magical treatment I have to go through an entire diagnosis to ensure that any wounds I may have missed with muggle practises can be healed and prevented from further damage. Which means I need to do a full physical and medical history scan,"
"What?" Harry said, jumping off the bed and pointing his own wand at the nurse "You aren't doing that. You can't do that to me!"
"Harry," Newt said softly "It's okay,"
"No! Newt it isn't she-she'll see EVERYTHING" his voice cracked and Harry looked at Newt with a broken look in his green eyes "Sh-she'll know everything. Please Newt, Dad, please don't let her, I don't want her to know, Please Newt"
"Mr. Potter Im afraid I simply must insist,"
"Hey now, Poppy let me talk to Harry," Newt interupted throwing up a hand in her direction amd slowly standing from his chair. "Harry, S-Son, please come sit and talk with me. We don't have to do anything right now. Poppy won't do anything you aren't comfortable with. Isn't that right, Poppy?"
Poppy sighed and looked at the boy who was pointing his wand at her with two shakey hands.
"It's true Harry. I promise I won't do anything you don't approve of,"
Harry looked at Newt uncertaintly, his hands shaking more. Poppy placed her wand on the table and stepped away from it to reassure the child. He sighed and nodded, dropping his wand to his side. Newt hugged him to himself and ruffled Harry's hair with pride.
"Good show, Harry," he said, pulling back from the quivering boy "Good show,"
"I'm scared, Newt," Harry whispered "What if she tells everyone?"
"She won't. It's against the rules, Harry. Anything that happens in this room, anything she sees or hears stays between you two. Okay?"
Harry nodded and climbed back into the bed suddenly exhausted. Pomfrey picked up her wand and pointed it at Harry.
"Now this spell won't hurt you Harry but any place on your body that is injured with glow for a second, okay?"
Harry nodded and looked at his hands as she cast the diagnosis spell.
"Laesio traumatica revelare" she said softly.
Harry felt his body start to tingle with warmth and watched as his skin glowed blue for a minute. He shone like a lightbulb completely covered in light before the light turned black and dissapeared. Pomfrey swallowed hard and smiled softly at the boy, focused on making him feel at ease.
"Very good, Harry" she said not allowing her fear to come through "Did you feel any pain?"
"Not at all, Madame Pomfrey," Harry said softly, still looking at his hands.
"What about now?" She asked watching him closely "Any pain?"
Harry closed his eyes and focused on his body. It tingled and usually had tiny pinpricks of pain throughout it, but that was normal. It didn't really HURT per say it just stung a tiny bit. But he was used to that in his body after ten years.
"No," he said "Not any more than usual,"
Pomfrey smiled and looked at Newt who was frowning softly in concentration. She sighed and continued to the next process.
"Now I will check your bones for any breaks or weakness, ok?"
Harry sat stiff and his breathing quickened pace but he nodded his confirmation. She smiled and pointed her wand at him.
