"Honestly, Miss, I'm fine," Harry said for the hudredth time.
Madame Pomfrey ignored his whining and continued to rub bruising salve on his ribs.
"I already told you I don't need that stuff," Harry whined.
"Harry let her do her job," Newt said, reading the long list from the day before.
"But, Dad," Harry whined.
"Harry, enough," Newt said, with a tired sigh.
Harry frowned and looked down.
"What are you reading?" Harry asked trying to look at the paper.
"Nothing you need to be worried about," Newt said putting the papers in his briefcase and smiling softly.
Harry frowned and lied back on the pillows. He watched Draco across the room wince slightly as his tall father paced angrily and shouted. Draco's petite mother was sighting in a chair and flinching softly occasionally. Draco's grey eyes met his green ones and for a second they just stared at eachother before Draco glared at Harry and asked his father to close the bed cover. Lucius glared at Harry and Newt as well and shut the curtains angrily. Harry sighed softly and winced as Madame Pomfrey put a jar of skele-grow in front of his face.
"I don't want that stuff," Harry whined "It tastes gross,"
"Drink the potion, Harry," Newt said, standing up, "I'm sorry about this Harry but I've got to be heading back to the reservation. Lots of creatures to check in on,"
Newt looked at Harry pointedly and patted he boy's hair.
"Keep me posted on your progress," Newt said, before pulling his hand back from the child and turning to walk away. Madame Pomfrey tutted softly and looked at Harry with a pointed look.
"Well, Mr. Potter," she said, "Drink up!"
