Hannah turned around and saw Draco running at her. She swore to herself, hoping he wouldn't see her as her eyes glazed over. She had to find a way to break this stupid spell!

"Hannah!" He yelled, making several students look at him with a mixture of surprise and confusion at seeing a Malfoy acting so... Human.

Hannah turned and smiled.

"Draco," she greeted, happily.

"We need to talk," he said looking over at an empty classroom pointedly "in private."

"Sure," she said, following him in and closing the door behind her.

Draco had dark bags under his eyes and he paced the room anxiously, like a jungle cat locked in a cage. Hannah sighed sadly watching him and wishing she could just break through the window in her mind and tell him it's okay. She-or more her body- happily skipped over to a desk and sat down.

"What's going on, Drakey?" she asked in a high voice, that made Hannah disgusted.

Draco stopped pacing and turned to look at the girl, quickly walking over to her and kneeling in front of her.

"Are you absolutely certain that I can't just buy you a new crystal?" He asked, hope in his voice.

"Draco," she sighed in a disappointed tone, "I told you, this one is extremely important to me. It's the only one in existence!"

Draco looked down, collapsing as if accepting his fate. He slumped over his head in her lap. She grimaced slightly in her mind, her hand trailing through his silver locks.

"It's okay, Draco," she said softly "if you can't get it-"

"No, I can!" He said, snapping his head up "I can get it for you, Hannah! I know I can!"

"Okay, honey," she said, gently cupping his gaunt face in her hand.

"I've looked everywhere! I even had to fight a three-headed dog to look, but there was nothing in there!" He said, tears filling his eyes.

She looked over at his shoulder, which had a thick scarf wrapped around it, blood staining the material. She sighed and looked into his grey eyes.

'oh, Draco,' she sighed in her head.

"Oh, Draco," she said in a giggly voice "You silly boy. Three-headed dogs and such. You have such a strange way of joking."

He winced at her slightly mocking tone. She pulled her hand back and poked his nose.

"You'll just have to look harder, won't you?" she said.

"But-"

"You don't want to let me down, do you?" she asked, fluttering her eyelashes at him.

He frowned and looked down, swallowing hard.

"No," he said finally.

"Well, then," she said with a smile "better get on it then, Drakey!"

"Can I have a kiss before you go?" He asked hopefully.

Hannah leaned forward until her lips brushed against Draco's just barely before pulling back. He slumped more with disappointment and she kissed his head.

"Go get my Crystal and I will give you the biggest kiss,"

"promise?"

Her eyes darkened slightly with satisfaction and She leaned forward, slightly.

"I swear it."
