Chapter 26

"Good job today ladies! Now we won't all have afternoon practice. I want Selena, Jenna, and Alexa to stay afterwards for solos and another surprise!" Ms. Lilian says.

We had morning practice because Ms. Lilian has plans at five thirty. I plan to ask Lucy what those plans are later.

Jenna and I nod our heads in unison at the same time Alexa rolls her eyes. Ms. Lilian snaps her eyes to Alexa.

"If you don't want to be here Ms. Alexa then I suggest you get out of this classroom and you won't come back," Ms. Lilian states.

"Uh-I," Alexa starts but Ms. Lilian cuts her off by raising her hand.

"Either you go or you don't."

"Ill be there ma'am," Alexa squeaks.

I smirk as Ms. Lilian nods towards Alexa, not forgetting to look stern. Ms. Lilian then orders all of us to change and get to the school building.

We scurry to the locker room where Alexa immediately corners me. I've come to notice that this is her main attack spot, probably because there are no adults and nobody that will really stop her from doing certain things.

"Get out of my way skank," she growls.

"Ha! Im the skank? I believe that you're the one who stole one of my boyfriends then tried to steal my current boyfriend while still dating the previous guy!" I retort.

"You do know that John is way to good for you right, I mean c'mon, you're pathetic!" she snarls, shoving me back into the wall.

I grit my teeth, trying my best not to punch her right in the mouth. The corners of her mouth lift, she knows that she is getting to me. I quickly compose myself and glare at her.

"Like you would be any better, you're just a lying b-"

"Guys! Stop it!" Jenna cries. Alexa snaps her head towards Jenna as well as the rest of the team who are standing there with their mouths open, staring at us, and a few are even video taping the argument.

"Shut up Jenna and stay out of this," Alexa snaps.

Jenna backs away ever so slightly and doesnt say another word. I dont really care. Sure I would like it if she were to continue to stand up for me but I understand that she doesnt want to feel the wrath of Alexa.

During the argument I take the oppurtunity to throw on my shirt and some shorts and pack everything up. Sure they only talked for a few seconds but I was quick. By the time Alexa turns back towards me I have my bag slung over my shoulder.

"Im not the weak girl you think I am Alexa, so you better watch yourself," I say before leaving.

I hurry out of the studio and to the school building. I find all of my friends, including John, at our usual spot.

"Hey how was practice?" John asks.

"I did good, it was just a little dramatic at the end," I sigh.

"What do you mean?" Lucy asks.

"Alexa, I guarantee you'll see videos on Facebook later," I shrug, wanting to change the subject.

John catches on and speaks, "We should all go out to eat after school, you don't have dance tonight, right Sel?"

"Actually Ms. Lilian scheduled practice for me, Jenna, and Alexa tonight until 6:00, maybe I can get out of it earlier and we can meet up afterwards," I suggest.

"I'll be there!" Jason says.

"Me too!" nods Lucy.

"I guess that I'm in!" Sierra shrugs.
