Sabia:
I saw it, but I couldn't believe it. Jake was standing there behind his father as if he belonged there. I feared that maybe Hades had gotten to him, and he wouldn't recognize me.
"Sabia," Jake whispered.
I felt so relieved that he knew who I was. "Hi, Jake."
"Father, am I dismissed?" Jacob asked Hades.
"Yes, go my son," Hades dismissed.
Jake ran over to me and kissed me soundly. I felt like my brain was melting into my head. I was sure that he was meant to be mine. We kissed for only a few seconds before Hades and Thomas vocally cleared their throats. We pulled away, and Jake remained by my side.
"What's wrong, dad? Can't I kiss my girlfriend?" he asked.
"Don't you know what she is?"
"What do you mean?"
"I'll tell him, Hades," I announced then turned back to Jacob. "I found out that both of my actual parents are gods. My mom's Athena, and my father is Poseidon. I also know who your mother is, that is if Hades hasn't all ready told you."
I glanced at Hades. He scowled at me and nodded.
"No, he hasn't," Jake told me.
"Your mother is Aphrodite."
"But she hates Hades."
"Oh, Hades. Why don't you tell him the circumstances of his birth. Or I could tell him in front of Persephone."
Hades gave me a death glare, and spoke to his son, "It wasn't her choice."
Jacob's mouth dropped, and he stared at Hades. Jake then did something I hope I never see him do again. He pulled out a sword and some sort of energy, that flickered in a black light, flowed over it and charged his father. The only problem was that Hades just sent us somewhere else through the shadows. That somewhere else was even more dangerous, especially for Thomas and I. We were sent to the lair of Medusa.

Sorry it's short, but Writer's Block caught up with me. Just five more chapters, then I will begin the sequel Immortality. That is unless I can't end this one properly in five more chapters. We'll see.
