"Sam." I said as I held Henry's hand.

She looked up and smiled at me.

"We are having a welcome home party later tonight for you all, but first I have something I want to show you." I was smiling until I saw Ruby grab her hand and give it a soft squeeze; then I began to feel a bit jealous.

"I'll meet you at Granny's." Ruby said to her before kissing her cheek and leaving.

I exchanged a few looks with other people and it would seem I wasn't the only person that noticed.

"What do you want to show me Regina?" She asked with a slight blush, but she was smiling at me.

"Right this way." I smiled as I began to lead the way.

Emma and Henry came along because they were also curious. I wasn't surprised Patr was following along side Sam as well.

"Patr seems happy to seem me." I looked back to see Sam scratching behind the oversized dogs ear.

"Well in the Enchanted Forest he was always pestering me to take him flying." I said before Patr came and started bagging me to scratch his ear too.

"Well you were also there when he hatched." She stated as if it meant the world.

We finally arrived at our destination and Sam froze in place.

"It still needs to be fixed up some. All those years have taken its toll on it..."

"You brought the cabin here..." She was surprised and happy, genuinely happy like she found something.

She motioned for Henry and Emma to enter after Patr did.

"Regina... I remember everything. Everything except the answer to the question you're thinking." She said quietly as she closed the door with us still outside.

How did she know what I was thinking? Am I that predictable?"

"Do you remember our last fight?" She asked quietly as if something was now weighing down in her soul.

"Yes." I said quietly.

"Do you really hate me?" She went and sat down on a fallen log near by.

"What?"

"When I left you looked like you hated me. I remember seeing you ball your fist as you resisted throwing some sort of spell at me. I wasn't scared because you could have easily kill me, but because you looked like you hated me." She was fidgiting with a button on her jacket.

"Sam. I may have thought I hated you back then, but I couldn't really hate you." I grabbed her hand to stop her from fidgiting with the button.

"I'm sorry I left. All those times. I knew you needed someone, but I wasn't the person that could help you." She let a tear roll down her tanned cheek. "I wanted to help you, I just wasn't doing it right."

"Sam stop." I made her look up at me and I wiped away her tear like she has done me so many times before. "You were young. You shouldn't have had to help me."
