Chapter 41: First kills

*Enchanted Forest*
~Sam's pov~

I was sitting on top of the hill to Regina's old house. It looked empty with out the apple tree.

I decided to take time before coming back again since I was once again banished.

I still wasn't sure why she banishes me even though we both know she just wants me to leave her alone for a bit.

There was a faint sound of the dry grass crunching under someone walking.

"You know this is probably my favorite place." I said to the person trying to sneak up on me. "If you want to sneak up on someone you should probably be quieter and hunt them out of their element."

"Well maybe it's more fun to hunt you when you're comfortable." A pair of gentle hands were placed on my shoulder and slid down over my chest as I was hugged from behind.

"Hey Wolfie."

"Hello my Hunter." Red said as she placed her head on my shoulder. "What are you doing out here?"

"Just thinking of the past before I head out." I leaned back into her before giving her a kiss.

"Do you have to?" She wined before moving in front of me.

"I need the money. I've got a hole in my roof to fix." I placed my hand on the side of her neck and gently pulled her closer to me.

"Why don't you come stay with me?" She nuzzled her face against my neck while wrapping her arms around me again.

"You know why I can't do that." I guided her to look into my eyes. "It shouldn't take very long."

"What will I do without you?"

She gave me a overly passionate kiss before I had to get up. I would end up late and missing the mission if I stayed and did what she wanted.

"I've got to go. The sooner I leave the sooner I'll be back."

She pouted as I guided her to her feet.

"What is this mission?"

"A friend seems to have stolen something and the person it was stolen from wants it back. So I'm gonna try to talk to her and if that doesn't work I'll have to just steal it."

"You mean the Evil Queen don't you?" She asked sounding a bit irritated.

"Yes Regina seems to have pissed a lot of people, and I'm not sure which person she pissed off enough to hire us."

She kissed my cheek before I mounted Patr.

"I'll meet you at my place." She whispered seductively before turning into her wolf form and running off.

I took off myself and met up with the other two men that were on this mission with me.

It was a bit odd that I was put in a group with Robin knowing that I come here all the time.

We talked through the plan before we moved forward.

I was to go in first and talk to Regina to distract her while they took it.
