Mud and dried out leaves covered my feet as I walked through the forest, because I had lost my shoes some time ago running from the King's knights. It wasn't like I stole anything this time I was just at the wrong place at the right time.

I had finally lost them about a hour or two ago, and now I'm heading to the next village to get some new shoes.

After a while longer of walking I came across a large steam, so I took the chance to was some of the mud off my feet while I could.

The cool water felt nice so I decided to walk in the water for a little bit. Then I saw a water mill and what looked to be a boat in the near by distance.

I ran over to the boat and I was surprised to find a change of clothes and a pair of boots nicely placed inside of it.

I looked around to make sure no one was looking for these before I decided to take a better look at them.

The boots were made of a dark brown leather and they looked like they would last a while. The clothes consisted of a dark red blouse and tan trousers.

The clothes were more like what a boy would wear but I preferred to wear pants over those stupid dresses that get in the way when you are trying to escape from people.

It's been weird the past 4 years I've found thing randomly that I need when I truly need them.

I silently thanked whoever was watching over me as I put in the new clothes. I think it might be a secret fairy godmother, but I never asked her for anything out loud. It's like she can read my mind.

The clothes were a bit big but I've been getting taller so I guess it's good they are a bit big.

I finished getting dressed as I put on the new boots. These clothes were actually really nice compared to my old ones.

I flipped the switch to the neon sign outside. The bright blue and pink sign that said 'The Bad Wolf Bar' exploded to life.

The green open sign was the next one to turn on and flashed on and off next to the door.

I doubled checked to make sure I unlocked the doors before I walked over to the bar.

"Only 7 o'clock, still 2 more hours until the real business starts." I said as I began to place the different types of cups under the bar counter and made sure the ice machine was making crushed ice.

"Hey Sammy!" Kyle exclaimed as he came inside.

Kyle is this big red headed man that is the master cook of this fine establishment.

Now I would never say he cooks better than anything made at Granny's dinner, but he was pretty good.

Kyle joked around as he helped me finish setting up the bar before he left me for his kitchen.

"Sammy, what are your plans for tonight?" He yelled from the kitchen and he sounded serious instead of the joking around he had just been doing. "Are you going to be honest tonight?"
