Tweek Tweak used to be a regular kid, but everything changed the day his mother left him alone certain day. While watching the weather channel while drinking on his coffee, a solar anomaly happened in the worst circumstances.

An hyper charged solar flare exploded and traveled all the way to Earth, thanks to the 70's spay hair hype and the tiny ozone layer, the radiation managed to get trough the atmosphere and finding the Tweak's TV athena just when the blonde decided to manually change the channel since the remote was lost once again.

Because that's how super powers work, the blasting power of the flare fusion with him and the weather channel. He doesn't remember much about the accident, just how things went out of control after the events and how he seemed able to control some elements of nature.

Tweek has always been a shy boy, and the whole accident and his lack of confidence to control his powers turned him into a nervous wreck. Sending a shock wave to anything he touched and sometimes not even able to drink water without turning it into ice, Tweek's life was difficult and afraid to hurt other he kept his distance to everyone. Sooner than later, he was tagged as the lonely weirdo in school.

The blonde was always on edge. He was dangerous! Somehow he wanted to shut himself in a basement and never come out again, but he enjoyed the outside world, the rain, the plants, the sunny days, he wanted to live as normal as possible.

His parents never said a word about him either, they knew but they wanted to do like it never happened and just ignore the fact their son could freeze anything his lips touched and electrocute everything his fingers also did. They were busy with their business after all.

Tweek sighed sipping his coffee, his little hands sending electricity to his thermos like a microwave always got the liquid boiling, impossible to drink to anyone else, but ending as a warm liquid once passed Tweek's freezing lips. Lost on his toughs of how to deal with his life and how long he'd have to hide... the blonde didn't pay attention to his path.

"GAH! I-I'm sorry!" He apologized after bumping on someone. Someone who seemed like didn't even move a millimeter from his place yet managed to send the blonde to the floor like if he just crashed with a wall.

"Hey, no problem. You ok?" Said the other boy with a very nasal voice.

Tweek's green eyes meet a beautiful view of the ocean. Blue eyes looking directly at him seemed so calm yet so intimidating it send shivers down his spine. The other boy had black hair, a very pale skin and was wearing mostly blue except for a yellow puff ball at top of his chulo hat.

"Hey! You still here?" The raven asked again waving a hand in front of the blonde.

"AGH! Y-YES! I'm sorry! I- OH GOD!!!" Tweek panicked once he realized his boiling coffee has been spilled all over the floor, almost half of it on the boy in front of him. "I'M REALLY SORRY! DID YOU BURNED YOURSELF!?"

"What?" The other questioned looking at his clothes. "Oh... so that's why it felt weird."

"W-Wait... doesn't it hurts?..."

"I guess? It's nothing out of this planet. I can tolerate it, I've always be... not immune to pain, but able to handle it just fine." The raven explained almost as something nostalgic. "Can you stand up?" The boy extended his hand to help the blonde.
