Kiseop’s POV

We were finally at this small restaurant, waiting for our orders to be served. I was glad I forgot to get the keys from Kevin, cause I had the opportunity to have dinner alone with Shin Min~ah. She was quietly looking down on the table, checking her cellphone now and then.

I can’t help myself from smiling every time I would look at her. Good thing though, she never catches me staring. We were sitting on opposite sides of the table, which made it easier to answer if she ever asks why I was doing that. The perfect answer would be, ‘Where else would I look? I’m practically in front of you, and you’re in front of me.’

I grinned at the thought of that and chuckled silently. I was so hungry, and I could tell by her expression that she could eat a horse as well.

“Did you eat breakfast today, Min~ah?” I asked. She looked surprised for a moment but then she looked down again, and slowly shook her head.

“Why not? You could at least have bought something to eat at the canteen,”

“It’s just...I don’t know. I don’t feel like eating alone,” she replied softly.

The first thing that came to my mind was, she was lonely. My heart ached for a second, the pain in my chest unbearable; and so I decided to suggest something that would favour her.

“If that is so, then...why don’t you have breakfast with Kevin and me?” I looked at her in the eye.

“But, that would be a bother, please, don’t,” she bluntly replied, hesitation obvious in her tone.

“I won’t accept no for an answer. Okay? From tomorrow onwards, breakfast will be served for you, together with us. Treat me as an older brother, okay?” I stated, my voice serious. Yes, I wanted to be closer to her. I wanted to know her better. I clearly didn’t understand why, but it was as if something was pulling me towards her, as if fate had destined me to meet her in this lifetime of mine...

I was thinking too much. I barely heard her respond to my question.

“I’m honoured...thanks, oppa,” she squeaked with her tiny little voice.

Somehow, the colour of her eyes had changed. She was smiling a little now, and I couldn’t help but to be drawn to her.

Still though, with even just her little smile, she looked as beautiful as a picture. I silently took my camera out of my backpack and aimed it at her.

“Min~ah, look here,” I said while I focused and waited for her to look in my direction. She absently looked at me just in time for the shutter to go off.

I grinned at the sight of her cheeks redden as a tomato.

“Kiseop~oppa!” she exclaimed. I laughed and looked at the picture. It was candid but mesmerizing. She was natural and it didn’t look like she just turned.

“Delete the picture, oppa~!” I snapped out of it when I heard her and stood up to sit beside her.

“Min~ah, let’s take a photo together, okay?” I said, smiling. She was so cute, and for the nth time, she turned red.

“Okay,”

I moved closer to her and raised the camera far above our heads. I positioned it to what I estimated to be the perfect spot and breathed. “Smile for me, Min~ah.” I said, smiling as I looked straight at the camera lens.

SNAP! The camera clacked and I hurriedly looked at the picture. Shin Min was shyly smiling at the picture. It was just right.

“Great! I’ll print this selca of us together and give you a copy,” I said, returning to my seat.
