"What you doing babes?" Gina asked when she saw me on the computer in the living room.

"Looking up my issues and learning more about them," I replied. It was getting late, and everyone else was outside playing football. Mike was really poorly, and I was very worried about him, but I tried to stay calm because I didn't want to cause any more problems. Tracy was due to arrive shortly, and she was on night shift, so I was looking forward to an exciting night with her.

"That's a good plan. Just don't read too much, I don't want you getting the wrong idea." Gina said. She was about to leave for an awards ceremony for care workers, but was unsure about going due to Mike's illness. He said it was just a headache, but nobody believed him.

I heard the door open and I smiled. Tracy was here, and I couldn't wait to see her. I ran out of the living room and went to say hello. As soon as she saw me, she put her bag down and let me jump into her arms.

"Hiya, I'm so happy to see you!" she said.

"Me too!" I replied. "Just, keep the noise down." Tracy put me down at that point.

"Why what's happening?" she asked.

"Mike's poorly. He says it's just a headache, but we all think differently. Everyone else is outside, and Gina is going to an awards ceremony. Mike is in the kitchen, but he told me to go and do something else so I was distracted, so I've been researching anxiety and PTSD." I explained.

"I'm proud of you," Tracy said. "Let's go and see Mike, if he's not well he'll need some help."

"But I'm rubbish at helping people!" I complained.

"Shush, you're great. Let's go," Tracy said. She took my hand and we walked into the kitchen together.

When we arrived, Mike was in a state.

"You okay, Mike? Tracy asked, knowing for a fact that he wasn't.

"I'm fine, Trace, don't worry." he replied.

"No you're not. Get some sleep, I'm here all night anyway." Tracy said. "I'll finish doing the pizzas."

Tracy went to finish the pizzas, randomly pulling out a couple of bananas and adding them to our food.

"Excuse me? What are you doing?" I asked in shock.

"It's fine, Gracie. You'll all like them," Tracy replied.

"Erm, I don't think so?!" I said with a shocked tone in my voice.

"Shhh, you will!" Tracy argued with a smile.

"Whatever you say!" I giggled.

"Gracie's right, nobody is going to eat those!" Mike complained.

"Trust me, they will. Gracie can you get the cheese out of the fridge for me please?" Tracy asked. I opened up the fridge to feel the cold air on my face. It felt good though, seeing as it was still quite warm outside. I grabbed the cheese and passed it to Tracy, just as everyone else came inside.

"Mike, what are you still doing here?" Toby asked.

"I'm fine, Toby. It's just a headache," Mike replied.

"You need to go and have a lie down," Carmen begged.

"Okay, maybe for five minutes," Mike said. Toby and Carmen followed him upstairs as Tracy put the pizzas in the oven. It was going to be another 20 minutes until they were ready, so everyone went and got themselves cleaned up and sorted, ready to eat.

"Looks as if I'll be doing the shift alone tonight," Tracy said.

"Don't worry, it'll be fine." I replied. "If you need anything just give me a shout."
