GRACIE'S POV

Six months had finally passed, and it was time to head back to the shopping centre again. I'd missed shopping, as it was one of my favourite things to do, especially with the girls. We were all heading out to buy some clothes, because most of us had got rid of loads of our old clothes, as they were becoming way too small for us.

"This is just a sign you're all growing up too fast!" Gina laughed.

You may remember, we got banned from the shopping centre for six months, after a group of teenage boys called a lot of us names and chased Liam and Johnny around by the sweet shop. It was curry night, and I ruined it for everyone because their sly comments really got to me. It wasn't a great day, but I was really looking forward to going back and having a good day. But, of course, nothing is ever quiet when the dumping ground kids are involved.

"I don't have any money!" Liam complained.

"What happened to your pocket money from last week?" Mike asked.

"Spent it on junk food." Johnny blurted out.

"Hey!" Liam shouted.

"Alright you lot, calm down!" Mike said.

"Ugh, can we all just go?" Sapphire said. "It'll be closed by the time we get there!"

"Just calm down, all of you!" Gina shouted. "Right, if you're ready, go outside and meet us by the minibus. The rest of you, go and grab your things."

I ran upstairs and grabbed my bag, before heading out to the minibus. Tracy stopped me on my way down the stairs.

"Morning!" She said happily.

"Hi!" I replied.

"You look beautiful today." Tracy said. "I mean, you always do, but still."

"Awh, thank you, Tracy." I smiled. It meant so much to me.

When we got on the minibus, the atmosphere was great. Everyone was excited.

"Alright guys!" Mike shouted from behind the steering wheel.

"Please behave yourselves! Honestly if you don't we'll be banned for another six months. Don't blow it, any of you."

"Yes sir!" Liam saluted. Everyone sniggered.

"This is serious man!" Gina complained.

"Sorry, Gina." Frank said sadly.

"Just please be good." Gina said quietly.

Stepping foot in that shopping centre again was weird. I couldn't be happier, but at the same time, I couldn't be more nervous. I looked at Tracy as we walked through the door, and she gave me a smile.

"It's going to be a good day." she said, taking my hand and feeling me shake.

"I hope so. It's weird being back, but the thought of the day where everything happened is just scaring me." I replied honestly.

"Hey, I've got your back. It's okay." Tracy reassured me.

We walked towards the clothes shops to have a little look around. I found a gorgeous little blue cropped top, which had fake buttons down the front. It was an off the shoulder top, and it looked perfect for summer!

"This is so pretty!" I said to Tracy.

"That would look amazing on you!" Tracy replied. She popped the top into her basket, along with tops that Carmen, Tee and Lily had decided to buy. Mike had taken Johnny and Toby into the boys section to find some clothes too, while Liam and Frank followed them. Gina was watching them very closely so that they wouldn't cause any trouble, so she was following them, while helping Sapphire and Harry with their clothes shopping.
