- Jimin

It has been days, I've been in and out from Lisa's house. Her ankle is still not fine, she had to have absences from her work and good thing, it's my off tomorrow, I can stay to look after her.

"You're still not sleeping?"
I questioned as I saw her eyes are still opened, looking at nowhere.

She looked at me and instead of answering with a statement according to what I said, she responded...

"You really don't need to stay. You've been coming here  nonstop for the past few days and I know it's  burden bothering you too much. Though I'm really grateful that you're helping me, I can manage myself."
Her voice sounds sleepy and her eyes looks dozing off.

A smile played on my lips as I recognize her consideration despite of being in pain and she saw it which made her feel confuse a little.

"Chaeyoung will kill me if she'll ever find out that I'm not taking care of you after what happened. I'm the one who's with you that day and I am obliged of looking after you. Plus, can you really manage yourself? You can't go to work the days ago, you can't even go down the stairs."
I answered and it made her shut herself down.

"But won't you take a rest? Don't you have work for tomorrow?"
She asked and I shook my head in response of 'none' before smiling again.

"Don't worry about me."
I commanded and she just closed her eyes without any answer given.

I stated at her for about three more seconds before asking one thing...

"You feel like a burden, don't you?"
Her eyes opened again and immediately looked at mine.

"By the way you look at me, I can conclude that your answer is a yes."
There's a tiny smile on my lips for a reason, it was because I am glad to see through her yet something is also bothering me, and I still can't tell what it is.

"You're not a burden, always remember that. I'm not a close friend, we just met because of an incident so you have to believe in me. I'm not lying."
I stated, and her eyes dropped on the carpeted floor.

"We met not so long ago, you said, then how can I trust you with your words now?"
She questioned and I felt like I was roasted there.

"I know I am causing too much. I'm not dense, Jimin, I'm making you go in and out in here because I'm injured. Then now you're staying to take care of me though it should be your day off tomorrow."
She looked at me again, her eyes are dull, but through it, there's the fright inside.

"You're just afraid..."
       I said.

"Tell me."
       I demanded.

"You're afraid to trust people again. Tell me, am I right?"
I am not so close, I still have the formal distance as a person, but just like what I said, I can see things through her.

"Since the day we met, I saw it, you being afraid of talking to people, you being afraid of having deeper contacts."
I added and her lips parted to answer yet didn't utter a word as I continued...
