"But I can't promise anything."

I was there the entire moment of their dramatic scene, I was able to watch and hear everything clearly. There are so many angles to consider, all of them should be sympathized, but the three of them also gave me the feeling of disappointment.

A best friend betrayed her an almost sister best friend. A boyfriend cheated just because he's jealous, worried and also due to lack of attention and affection for two months while the other one...

The victim...
It also disappoints me, how she decided to pretend although she knew it. It was an immature act, but I can't blame her at any way. She has the right to do anything as she is the victim, but things are just getting heavier mow that she's playing the game.

She's giving up, I can see.
It's visible that the two begging for her forgiveness are both sincere and willing to accept everything just for them to be forgiven, but my cousin is playing with it...

The way she looks at them, she feels superior. She can recognize how desperate the two are for her and she's trying to get the opportunity to win which may also cause her to lose in the end of the game.

All of them are disappointing at my perspective. Sinners and an immature victim. But I can't blame anyone, not Chaeyoung, not Lisa not even Jungkook.

Each one of them has shortcomings, and counting kindness or faults are nonsense already.

But it also disappoints me...
How I became just a witness of everything.
I was suppose to be there, I was suppose to be a help for that woman who betrayed her best friend.

If I had stepped harder on the plate, would these things ever happen?

I questioned myself, and my eyes dropped down at the tiled ground floor as I try to imagine things if I was able to manage myself to help Lisa properly.

I like the person...
But I guess, liking is not enough.

"Jimin?"
I was pulled off from my trance when I heard my name being called...

My head lifted up, my eyes met Lisa's pair, that moment was when silence took all the space around us. For seconds, I stayed staring at her blankly. The wind passed through my body, the cold breeze outside the house where they are, embraced me.

Their eyes are watering due to the pain of the thorns they've planted on their selves. All faces are dimmed, full of sorrow. The only difference with all of them is that, the two are regretting while the other one is hatred.

"How long have you been there?"
My cousin asked, standing up from the sofa.

A tiny smile formed on my lips...

"The entire time of your conversation."
I answered, with no hesitations.
