Chapter 16

{Jack's P.O.V}

It wasn't long before we were in front of Tarzan Mall.

As I got out of the car, I already saw Harry heading towards Elsa's side to open the door.

It was then we made eye contact. I took my chance to shoo him away.

"I W-I-L-L D-O I-T." I mouthed the words to him.

He nodded, a smile appearing on his face as he went back to the driver's seat.

As I made my way around the back of the car, I cleared my throat and quickly repositioned my sweater. When I was in front of the door, I grabbed the handle and swung it open.

There revealed a surprised Elsa, her arm frozen in mid-air, positioned like she was about to open the door.

I smiled and grabbed her hand.

"Let's go?" I asked.

She nodded and I could see her face flush a rose pink as she turned away.

How cute.

I lead her to the entrance of the mall. As soon as we were in front of the first pair of glass doors, I felt her hands flinch. I turned towards her and saw her looking down at our hands, which were still held by mine.

"Oh- you don't like it? Shall I let go...?" I pulled back my hand so that Elsa's fell back to her sides.

"Ah, I-" It was then she cut herself off, looking like an abandoned puppy.

"Hm? What was that?"

"I, I... uh," Elsa hesitated, fidgeting a little.

"I didn't... particularly... dislike it..." she murmured, bringing her head down to face the ground.

I felt the corners of my mouth rise to form a smile.

"Dislike what?" I moved closer to her.

She continued to look down, not noticing my face edge closer towards hers.

"y... r... h... nd..." I barely made out what she said.

"I'm sorry...?" My face was now inches from hers when she looked up. Her eyes opened wide and she instantly looked away.

I think I can read her a bit more better now; Elsa seems to turn away whenever she blushes.

       Note taken.

I chuckled a little as I continued to wait, continuing to move my face towards hers. I could see her eyes slowly move to face my direction until her eyes were finally locked on me.

"Your hand... I didn't... dislike... it. You holding my hand," Elsa finally said. This time, she couldn't turn away any further-- so I was able to see her rose pink cheeks become cherry red.

I smiled, satisfied with her reply. I patted her head-- her hair unbelievably soft-- and turned back around to face the glass doors.

"Alright, let's go find me a shirt!!!" I opened and held one of the doors, waiting for Elsa to walk through.

After a few moments of nobody walking through the door, I turned back to see what was wrong. To my surprise; Elsa was thinking hard about something-- to the point where she had a slight pout.
