Chapter 13

{Elsa's P.O.V}

I can't believe it... after days of being ignored, Hiccup suddenly changed.

Ever since those crazy events with Merida, Hiccup has been acting... quite weird.

He'd wave to me in the halls-- but I wouldn't exactly reply, and he'd even try to walk me to class.

I can't lie; I still felt a little thumping in my heart when I was with him, but throughout all those odd days-- I felt the thumping slowly fade away.

Though Hiccup changed, Jack acted... quite differently.

He made more jokes, laughed and smiled more... at times when I was with Hiccup, I could've sworn Jack gave him this type of look.

After that Hiccup and Merida incident, I've noticed quite a few things...

Jack is not just a jokester with obnoxious grins and smirks-- he's kind and a bit clumsy, and despite how cold his hands are, he has a warm smile that I can't seem to get out of my hea-

       Wait, what am I saying...?

Anyways, yesterday is not today.

Today is today...

...which is the day I go to the mall with Jack.

It was a little over 10:00 AM, and I was just about to find what clothes to wear.

I peeked inside my small-but-big-enough walk-in closet, and could instantly see that my fashion sense was quite horrible.

On one side of the closet hung different colours of plain wrinkled shirts, the other side with old and worn out sweaters. At one corner was a small wooden drawer where I kept my jeans, and the other corner with-

Wait a minute...

...what is that?

A few twinkles in the other corner caught my eye as there was a long plastic bag covering to what seemed to be a dress.

Why haven't I noticed this before...?

"Well, it has been in the corner behind all these shirts for who knows how long..." I thought, answering myself.

I walked towards the corner where the covered dress was, and took a little peek.

Though there was only just a little bit showing, I was instantly blinded by various pieces of shining fabric.

After quite a while and a few squinting moments, I got used to the sparkles and shine.

I slid off the rest of the plastic, only to find a beautiful stunning dress. It was a vibrant aqua blue and had a semi-transparent fabric at the back with a snowflake pattern, almost acting like a cape.

I felt the beautiful dress when suddenly-

"Remember? Uncle Olaf gave it to you as a birthday present last year... but since the dress didn't exactly fit you, we've been waiting for the right time to get your measurements."

I turned around to see Anna.

She crossed her arms and slowly leaned back onto the closet doorway, trying to act cool.

She raised an eyebrow as she smiled misheviously.

As she continued to lean back, she was somehow able to miss the closet doorway completely.

"W-WOAH!!!" she then fell backwards.

"Anna!!!"

As I rushed out of the closet, I saw that Anna had fallen on top of the blue beanbag chair that I barely used but still kept in my room anyways.

"Here... come on up!" I offered her my hand and helped her up.

"Whew, thanks... but... what were you doing in the closet...?" Anna asked as she dusted herself off.

"I mean, I don't remember you planning anything today... oh-- it's not any of my business, I know, but I'm just wondering!!!" She then added.

"No, it's fine... I'm just trying to find some decent clothes for-"

"WHAT?! REALLY?! FINALLY!!! THANK THE HEAVENS!!! Elsa, the usual way you dress is... quite comfortable, I get it, but you don't realize what you're hiding! I mean, you've got an awesome body and yet you don't wear anything to show it!!! What's the occasion???"

"I was just getting to that part... well, I'm just going to the mall today... with Jack."

"Oh. My. Gosh. How did that happen?! Oh- not in a rude way, I mean- well... you know... how did it happen...?" Anna said awkwardly.

I thought hard about all that's happened.

She was my sister and I haven't told her anything. Not a single thing.

At that moment, all the things and events that happened poured right out of my mouth.

* * *

"Wow..." Anna said. "Why didn't you tell me this before...?"

"I'm sorry... I didn't want to waste your time with all this..."

"'Waste my time'? Are you crazy? I'm your sister, Elsa... telling me things like this won't waste my time. If anything, I want you to tell me these things...." she said as she smiled warmly.

"Really...? Thank you, Anna..." I couldn't help but feel happy inside.

"Anyways... as your younger sister, I shall help you choose some decent clothes for your date!!!" She said triumphantly.

"Wait! It isn't a da-" before I could finish my sentence, she pulled me towards the closet.

Just wanted to try that for once...

Anyways, here is the next chapter which you've all waited for! {I think}

I decided to split this chapter into two parts (kind of), because I was thinking that if I included both pieces into one chapter- this chapter would be too long...

ANYWAYS anyways... because you guys have waited so patiently for this chapter, I'll try to post one more today! >~<

That means TWO CHAPTERS TODAY :D which is REALLY rare since I barely post any chapters (sorry about that *^*)
