after training my father left back to the agency, after I showered I rested, my body was so tired from using my quirk too much but before I could close my eyes I got a message from todoroki
(S FOR SHOTO Y FOR Y/N)
S: hey you busy?
Y: not anymore, why what's up?
S: I feel bad for not walking with you today so I was wondering if you wanted to hangout
Y: define "hangout"
S: seriously? Like we go out to eat, walk around a park, and stuff like that.
Y: damn I didn't think you would actually define it 😂, but nonetheless sure I'll be ready in a few.
S: okay, should I go to your house?
Y: no duh.
S: okay, okay.
Y: see you~
S: yeah bye
You got dressed into a red flannel with a tank top and shorts, you put your hair up (into a style you want if you have short hair do something simple I guess) and then you go to put on your shoes. Before you messaged Shoto why he was taking so long the door bell rang. When you opened the door it was none other than Shoto he was dressed casual then what people usually see him in, but he was still formal in some strange way.
"Why do formal?"
"I would look like trash if I didn't try a least a bit." Shoto looked at you with a smile.
"Geez calm down boyfriend material" you said holding back some laughter from what you said.
"What do you mean boyfriend material?" Sometimes you forget that Shoto could be so oblivious sometimes. You both had started walking. "Well remember when girl would fall for you the second they looked at you?"
"Yeah I remember." He responded
"Well it's because they saw you as their perfect boyfriend since you are calm, kind, have a strong quirk, and you're attractive." You said counting the things Shoto was good at.
"Hmm~ did you just compliment me?~" Shoto said jokingly.
You blushed. "W-what?! No!!! I said what girls see in you!!!" You said while your face was as red as the half of his hair.
"I'm kidding, though I really don't see what's good about me but they do? It's funny you are they only one that can understand me." Shoto said as he looked at you.
"Heh that's only because of the past years" you and him continued to talk Yet you had yet to realize that Shoto Todoroki was taking you out on a date.
*FLASHBACK* "you must be strong Shoto stop acting weak" Endeavor said looking down at Shoto.
"STOP!!! Please sir, I'm sure Shoto is tired from his hard work! Please let him rest he deserves it!" The little version of you said guarding Shoto as you held your head up.
Endeavor looked around to see m/n and d/n "fine. Either way I need to speak with your parents." Like that Endeavor walked over to your parents and you were left alone with Shoto.
"You okay?" You asked as you held out your hand. "I-I'm fine, but why did you stop my father?" Shoto asked as he grabbed your hand. "You were tired and when your tired you need breaks" you smiled but then everything went hazy and started showing d/n your father yelling at you. "YOU DO NOT TAKE BREAKS EVEN IF YOUR TIRED DO YOU THINK HEROS STOP AT MID BATTLE TO TAKE A BREAK NO, NO WE DONT SO GET USED TO IT!"
*flashback over*
Shoto POV
y/n smiled as she talked and as we ate she would make funny remarks about how the food looked. And as we walked around the park her hair would blow in the wind. I would be lost without her. Maybe that's why I was so lost in junior high? Was it because I hardly spoke to her? Who knew, all I care now is her smile.
