All I wanted to do was sob in my bed alone. But with the family I have, that wasn't going to happen.. I constantly would hear knocks on my door that then was followed with my parents head poking out from behind the door always asking the same thing
'Are you okay?' 'Do you need anything?' 'Do you want to talk about it?'
I was never the type to talk about my problems or worries.. and I really wasn't in the mood to start now.
I wasn't in the mood for anything.. I didn't want to eat or drink or anything. I was too busy always thinking about the worst out come of the situation.
The doctor still wasn't sure if he could help or not. Not until I run through a few more tests that I will have to take tomorrow. At this point I am willing to do anything in order to get rid of this horrible punishment that I honestly believe I don't deserve!
I've always been good, I watched my mouth, I kept to myself, never violating anyone's personal life that wasn't my best friends or families.
My train of thought was interrupted by the doorbell.
"Leslie! Can you please get that I'm in the shower!" My mom hollered from the bathroom
I just get up and take my time making my way down the stairs. I thought a little walk would do me good even if it was only a minute walk to the door.
I'm not even halfway down the staircase and the door swings open slamming the wall
"Leslie!"
I look up to see my two best friends walking over to me. I forgot they had keys to my house. Yea they practically live here because all our parents work in the same company and often go on business trips that would last up to a month at times.
"What happened to you in school today?" My friend Casey asked with her arms wrapping around me for a hug
"Yea, everyone's talking about you coughing up blood in the nurses office? Is that tr- Have you been crying?" My other friend Kevin asked walking up to me, pulling my face up so he could have a better view of it
"Can we not talk about it please? Matter of fact can we get some ice cream or something?" I asked grabbing my jacket wanting to skip the explaining for now
"Perfect we can go to Yogurt land and THERE you can explain to us what happened!" Casey said pulling me by the arm walking me to Kevin's car
I have a feeling its gonna be a long day..
