Dianne's POV:
After a few hours of us singing to the radio at the top of our lungs, getting lost and blaming Joe for the wrong directions, we finally made it to a town called Brighton.
'I've never been here before.' I say, turning the volume of the radio down before following the directions to drive down a small lane.
'Really?' Joe asked, glancing at me.
'Well, I've been living in England for 2 years, what do you expect?' I giggle, slowing down to turn.
'Oh my gosh, this place is so pretty.'
I glance around at all of the forests and flowers around.
Joe just smiled, leaning back.
'Why're we here then, what's your plan?' I ask, rubbing my eye from tiredness.
'Well, I decided that we'd visit Brighton and see my sister and her boyfriend.'
I immediately smile, and cheer.
'But are you sure you're still feeling good?'
Joe nodded, placing his hand over mine.
'I promise that I'll tell you if I don't.'

~~~
'Just this one here.' Joe said, pointing to a large house on the left.
I drive my car into the space in the driveway before sighing.
'What do we say? Like... about us?'
'We can do whatever you want to.'
I nod, tugging at the sleeves of my hoodie.
'We'll only tell them if they ask. But I'm pretty sure Zoe knows because I asked her about my feelings...' he trailed off, glancing down.
I feel a sort of relief come upon me.
'Well, at least that means she likes me.'
We both smile at each other, before I open the car door.
'Lead the way, Sugg.'
~~~

We were welcomed into the house by Alfie, who said that Zoe was in the shower at the moment.
He was quite shocked to see us, because I'd found out that they had no idea we were coming over... Especially me.
'That's sick!' I exclaim, as I see the slack line in the middle of the lounge.
Alfie chuckles, coming up next to me.
'I'm glad someone finally agrees.'
I step up, about to walk across it.
'Be careful Di, I don't want different dance partner.' Joe joked, hurrying over to me.
He took my hand gently, squeezing it gently.
I place my foot forward in front of me, and almost swivel it.
'I'm not sure this is the ideal place for a Charleston Dianne.' He laughed, getting me to join in.
As I was laughing, I fell into his arms, wrapping my arms around his neck.
His arms wrapped around my back, and I was left staring up into his ocean blue eyes.
I noticed every detail, swirl and shade of them, studying them intently.
I knew that Alfie had gone upstairs, so I closed the gap between us and crashed my lips to his.
After a few moments, I pulled away and stood up straight.
I shook my head, smiling.
'You don't understand how you've changed my life, for the better.' I blurt out, stepping back onto the slack line.
'I haven't felt this happy in years, or ever.' I say, beginning to walk across.
'I sometimes wonder why I fell for you so quickly Joe.'
I jump down, spinning to face him.
'But then again, who wouldn't fall for someone so perfect, kind, and loving as you.'
Quickly, I wrap my arms around his neck once again and smile.
'I feel like the luckiest girl in the world.'
