Joe's POV:
When myself and Dianne arrived back at my apartment, we saw that Byron was out.
'Guess it's just us tonight.' I say, grabbing two wine glasses from the cupboard.
The redhead smiled, sitting down on one of the barstools.
'How're you feeling about the camera block tomorrow?' She asked, placing her chin in her hand.
I took out a bottle of wine from the cupboard and set it down on the counter.
'Pretty good, to be honest. But that's all down to one person.'
Dianne blushed slightly, turning away.
'Yep.' She agreed, glancing back at me.
'It's all because of you, Joseph Sugg. For being the best student ever and for putting up with me this whole week.'
I shook my head and pulled her into a hug.
'Don't worry about it, I'm just glad to see a smile on your face.'
She broke out into a smile before taking the bottle of wine from my hands.
'Now, I say we drown our sorrows with one glass of wine. So we can still be able to dance tomorrow.' She giggled, pouring it into the two glasses.
'Just one.' She smirked, picking up one glass.
I took the other one and held it up.
'To the Foxtrot.'
We clinked our glasses together.
'To the Foxtrot.'

~~~
After they'd finished their wine, the pair had decided to put on a film.
'What about Joe and Caspar hit the road?' Dianne asked as she searched through Netflix.
Joe's head turned to her, and she was already pressing play.
'Dianneeee.' He pouted, trying to snatch the remote away from her.
'Ugh, Joseph. Pleaseeee?' She looked at him with puppy dog eyes, which made it hard to say no.
'Fine, but be prepared to see young Joe.'
Dianne nodded, tilting her head to the side.
'I think you would've looked cute a few years ago- You still are now.' She rambled, feeling the heat rise to her cheeks.
Joe smirked, having an idea.
He reached over and turned the tv off, receiving a glare from Dianne.
'Well, if you think that... maybe we could go through our old photos.'
Dianne's eyes lit up and she nodded, already jumping up.
Ever since the first time she'd come to his, she'd noticed the photo album on the shelf.
She reached up and grabbed it before walking back to Joe.
She collapsed down next to him and opened the first page.
'Aweeeeee!' She exclaimed as she saw a baby picture of Joe.
She took out her phone and snapped a picture.
'That's my new lock screen.' She giggled, moving onto the next picture.
'I was like five here, literally seconds before I got pushed over.' He explained, and Dianne nodded.
'I remember you told me about that story when we did the Charleston.'
After about half an hour, they'd gone through the whole of the album.
'Your turn now, Miss Buswell.' Joe smirked and reached out for her phone.
'Sorry they're all on my phone, my albums are all the way back home.' She apologised, unlocking the phone.
She found the online album and tapped on it.
Hundreds of pics came up.
'I can see you were a dancer from the start.' He chuckled after going onto a picture.
Dianne was only six, and was already in a dress and ballroom shoes.
'I mean, what can I say? Dancing has always been my passion.'
After a few more minutes, Joe came across the teenager photos.
'You look so different without your red hair.'
She nodded along, laughing.
'I know, it doesn't look normal.'
Dianne took her phone back and switched it off.
'Right, it's really late now and we have to be up early.'
Joe pouted, annoyed that they couldn't look at more photos.
'Byron's out, and I know he'll be fine with you sleeping in his bed for tonight.'
Dianne nodded, standing up.
'If you need anything... please tell me.' He said, taking her hands into his.
'I want to help you...'
She bit her lip, looking down.
'Why? I don't deser-'
Joe cut her off.
'Because I like you. As more than a friend.'
Dianne's eyes went wide and her hands went clammy.
The corners of her lips turned up into a smile.
'Me too...'
She leaned in and pressed her lips to his gently.
He kissed back, tucking the strand of hair behind her ear.
When he pulled away, they were both smiling.
'I've been waiting to do that for weeks.' He whispered, making her smile wider.
'So have I..'
Their lips collided again, Dianne pulling him up this time.
'I love you Joseph Sugg.' She whispered against his lips.
'I love you too Dianne Buswell.'
