Next thing I know I'm in Arizona now where it's super hot. Take off my jacket and beanie putting them in my backpack. The scars on my left wrist on display if you looked closely enough. Bought some more water since I'm gonna need it because of the heat. Sat on the bench in a park and saw about four grown men playing on the playground with no other people but me around. Then I saw it was 5sos as Mikey and Luke are on the swings. Ash is on the slides as Cal is walking up to me.

"Saw you in New Mexico and now you're in Arizona. Are you walking or?" He's standing now.

"I'm just walking with what I have in my backpack." Tell him as he gestures towards the bench and I nod as he sits next to me.

"Where are you going? Hope I'm not invading or anything." He says as I sigh.

"Well I'm on my way to California to start new." Tell him as he thinks of what to say. 

"Where are you from?" He looks at me.

"Texas." Tell him as he lights up.

"Knew you had a southern accent." He giggle as I smile.

"Trying to get rid of it." He nods at me.

"Could we give you a ride? We're on our way to LA too." Cal asks.

"Are you sure? I don't want to intrude on your time together." Tell him.

"Of course we're sure. You wouldn't be intruding, we're bored and need something new. Our tour has ended and we're going back home." He informs me.

"Taking the long way home?" Smirk at him as he giggles.

"Of course we are. We have to take our lyrics seriously." He tells me as we both get up and I grab my backpack. 

"Boys!" He yells for them as they run towards us.

"What is it?" Ash asks him. They're staring at me which makes me look at the ground.

"Wait, what's your name?" Cal looks at me as I look up at him.

"Leo." Luke grins at me and so do the rest of the boys.

"He'll be hitching a ride with us since we're all headed to the same place." Cal informs them as they nod. Cal's in the driver seat, Ash in passenger, Mikey behind the drivers seat, Luke in the middle and me behind the passenger seat. For a moment I forget about my scars and feel fingers tracing the scars. Look to see Luke tracing them and he pulls his hand away seeing that I noticed. The music is blaring and the windows are down as we rock out. We're giggling and grinning, enjoying ourselves.

"Well will ya look at that, we're finally in California." Cal says with a smile on his face as we continue to rock out. We stop at a gas station and get out of the car.

"Good luck." Cal says as he hands me another $50 meaning this is where I leave them. Buy a water bottle and some food, then walk away. Look around LA to see what I can find. I'm afraid that I won't be able to survive.
